Dearest all,
I'm not quite sure what it is. Maybe it's the pull and push of real life, its happenings, that have drawn me back here once again. Maybe it's the love and affection for 4 Houses and the wonderful friends I made here that refuse to be forgotten. Or maybe it's that aching desire to write again, a flame for role-playing that, after several months of fluctuating use, burns bright once more. Perhaps it's a combination of all three! Whatever the answer may be, this is me, back once again. For how long, I'm not sure, but I intend to stay a while, albeit not extremely actively.
Unlike during the Christmas holidays, I don't plan on bringing back old characters. I desperately want to create, write and build new characters, for some reason I cannot explain. I can't really explain anything right now. My inner mind is in an odd place, and maybe role-playing quietly will bring some peace to it. I don't plan on making any elaborate plots or returning to my old days of glorious posting everywhere around 4 Houses - I still smile when I think of how enthusiastic I once was. But I want to be here again. I have so much - too much - love for you all and this place.
That said and done, I plan on getting my Swann girls approved this week, and activated in terms of role-playing the week after. I don't have time to write this coming week, but afterwards, I will be looking for posts to get back into the groove. I just wanted to say here that I am back, and it's so lovely to see so many of you wonderful people again. I hope you've all been well!
