Plot Name:
Forget-Me-Not
"Thanks for being my hero."
Protagonists:
Billy Brady H5
Always in the shadows of his best friend and partner in crime Rex,
Billy is submissive and kind, what one would imagine would be the kind of boy
Harmony Chan would like. Unfortunately for Billy, that's not the case.
Harmony Chan H5
A sweet, shy girl with an overprotective sister for a mother,
Harmony doesn't realise how much she wants to break free from
Ariane's grip until Rex Carter comes along and changes everything.
Rex Carter G5
He knows violence and anger and revenge, but not kindness.
Rex's best friend Billy is not his confidante,
and neither is Stacey, who's crushed on him since forever.
However, one meeting with one girl will make Rex look back to his past
where all his answers lie...
Anastasia Castlerock R5
Stacey the oddball, Stacey madly in love with Rex since the moment she met him.
Stacey would do anything for Rex, even tolerate Billy.
The last thing she expects to interrupt her destined love with Rex is Harmony Chan.
Other Characters:
Ariane Chan G7
The overprotective elder sister of Harmony, Ariane plans to
put a stop to Rex making any further imprint on her sister's life.
And what Ariane wants, Ariane gets. Most of the time.
Aurora Chan H7
Harmony's cousin Aurora is the only person that does not
discriminate against Harmony's friendship with Rex.
Sita Mehadi H5
Sita, always getting her own way, worms into the predicament
that is successfully splitting three best friends apart.
Billy is grateful for her friendship, but hers and Stacey's personalities are scarily alike...
Perhaps holes Harmony has left in Billy will come to mend.
JJ Weiss S5 [NPC]
The villain of the plot, JJ is Rex's biggest rival at Hogwarts and Harmony's hunter.
JJ will stop at nothing to stamp on Rex and capture Harmony,
whom he begins to form an obsession to obtain.
Rex is trying to get rid of his sins, but JJ will be the biggest obstacle he's ever faced.
Plot Summary:
Rex Carter, Billy Brady, and Stacey Castlerock have been friends since they first met at Platform Nine and Three Quarters to take their first trip to Hogwarts. In his years at Hogwarts Rex has become very popular, his outgoing, fun attitude and his irresistible charm and wit creating a large female fan club. Not interested in anything but flirting so far, and also because Stacey has kept most girls away from him since she claims they don't get the 'real' Rex, he has never known love before. However, there is a lot to Rex under the surface, and perhaps only his two best friends have been allowed to see the other side of him that has been affected by the tragedies in his past life.
Stacey is one of those girls that talks too much and she has strange opinions about almost everything – and yet she shuts up and listens to only one person, who happens to be Rex Carter. She has been secretly in love with Rex for a long time now, but hasn't told him, waiting for him to realise how she feels and to love her because she has a firm conviction that they are destined for each other. She is determined that one day they will be together, that she completely understands his issues with his background, even though she feels that she has never had any issues with her family despite coming from a broken home.
Billy Brady, Rex's best friend since their first day at Hogwarts, is a true Hufflepuff, albeit a rather troublesome one at times. Beneath his mischievous and playful ways he is actually extremely kind, loyal and generous, and can be quiet when he wants to be. He and Stacey, somewhat enemies, put up with each other simply because they share the same best friend. Billy has always guessed that Stacey has feelings for Rex - because it's not exactly something she hides. Perhaps Rex knows too, and chooses not to acknowledge it.
Enter Harmony Chan, a quiet, timid Hufflepuff, and uninterested in boys (especially Rex Carter), and yet something about her has a hold on the boy and vice versa when they start to know each other after a fluke meeting. Unknown to either of them, Billy has secretly had an infatuation with Harmony for quite a long time, and like Stacey, is waiting for the right moment to tell Harmony how he feels.
How far will Stacey go to make sure Rex and Harmony do not fall for each other? Will Billy stand by while his best friend goes after the girl he has had his heart on for the past four years? Will Rex risk damaging the relationships he has with his two best friends, the only people he has allowed himself to care for in his past years at Hogwarts? Will Harmony let herself fall for Rex no matter how hard he tries to pursue her? And even if they do manage to build a relationship, what will Harmony's protective sister Ariane's say be in this, and what part will the ominous presence of enemy JJ Weiss play in the plot?
Only time will tell.
Threads:
Into You Like A Train
Three best friends, soon to be torn apart by jealousy, lies and love.
'Maybe this year he would finally realise that they were meant to be together.'
The First Step
And so the love story begins... with the first dance.
"Tell me, what are you afraid of?"
Curiosity Never Killed The Cat
Rex seeks Harmony, Harmony struggles for sides, Ariane turns on the ice (or heat?),
Aurora fails to appease, and Billy is left in the dust.
"So this is what you’ve been hiding from me."
The Problem with Plans
Stacey and Billy go on holiday together. Without Rex.
Equals awkwardness. A lot of it.
'Maybe a few days without her and he'd realise what Stacey truly meant to him.'
Hero
Harmony runs into JJ, Rex runs into Harmony running into JJ,
and all hell breaks loose.
'Rex grabbed JJ's wand and threw it behind him and with his
other hand formed a first and landed it square in JJ's face.'
Follow My Footsteps?
A simple dance leads to a stolen Hogsmeade trip, leaving Billy
and Stacey wondering where their best friend is. Again.
"How about one dance with me before you go?"
All Applicants Welcome
Sita needs a friend. And thus, Billy Brady is forced into her theatrics and demands.
And he thought one Stacey was enough.
'Sita needed new friends. The ones she had at the moment were rubbish.'
Mr W. Brady
Sita and Billy write to one another over the summer...
With the input of Rex, of course.
'Oooo, it's a girrrrrrrl Billy's got a girlfriend hahahaha'
Coming soon...
As Rex and Harmony spend more and more time together,
it is only a matter of time too that Stacey and Billy discover who Rex has been favouring over them.
As Stacey tries to tear their new relationship apart and Billy disowns his best friend for his betrayal,
will Harmony and Rex be able to cling to one another still?
And just when friendships might just work out, JJ makes his return...
