Plot Summary:
Every song has an ending, but is that any reason to not enjoy the music?: Raelee Gray hadn't ever dreamt of becoming a mother, let alone one of a 2 year old without much choice. Now, she's slammed into this world of chaos, love, and even more disaster. With her best friend in throws of a divorce and dealing with an emotional and mental crisis of her own, Rae decides to pack up and leave with Ashley Hill to Italy. It is there that Rae hopes to find her inner peace and her ability to be the mother to Maddie that Clay would have wanted her to be. But a dark road bids to her, and she must fight everything inside of her to avoid it. When tragedy strikes, Rae has to make a quick decision concerning her life, her actions, and her daughter. Can she do it?

Effigy: Rae and Weetzie take Maddie to a birthday party, and while there they talk about Clay's and Bryce's death. Rae realizes that Weetzie's hurting just as much as she and Ashley are, but the younger girl just knows how to channel that pain better. The two of them think of a way to make Ashley come out of the slump that she is, but will it work? All the while, Rae ponders what it means to be Raelee Gray anymore, and thinks about calling up her mother.
Since You and I Were True: Rae, feeling guilty about only listening to Dixie's "side," decides to surprise Adam and cook him lunch. More to come.
You're The Storm: Rae cracks. She can't deal with the pressure of being a parent and she leaves Maddie with Elina, heading to SplatteRecords to get some work done. Only, when distributing a new album from one of her artists, she drops it and runs into someone new. Without Maddie there to weigh her down, Rae enjoys herself for once in a long while. However, what effect will this have on Rae as a mother? And will it be good?
