You're all welcome to attend the Muggle Studies NEWTs class! I hope that at least some of our NEWT level students take it. Thank you to Ruby for posting and to Sita for pledging to attend. I'm sure there's more of you out there!

You've got just a bit over a week to reply to the first part of the lesson, which involves answering some questions with your character's opinion/ facts that you make up, rather than anything you have to dredge up. If you can't make it to the first part of the lesson, there's still a task after the questions that you're welcome to participate in. (Though being late to class IC is not a good idea with Professor Hardy). House points up for grabs, so please attend! (Especially if you're a Gryffindor). Or a Hufflepuff.

Thank you to Ruby for replying! I must confess that I had been hoping for slightly more people to attend the first lesson of the year, though... any more of you out there? I know that a few more of you admitted to having characters taking Muggle Studies NEWTs when I talked to you... if any of you could post them in class, I would really appreciate it!

I myself will be posting Sita, and possibly Hebe, replying to the questions, but there are lots of open-ended questions and it would be interesting to have a bit of a range of responses... so all in all, it would be wonderful if more students could post!

I will be moving the class on, regardless of the number of responses, on Monday 22nd September. The next part of the lesson will be a task. I'll leave the lesson up to collect responses for at least two weeks, but probably for a bit longer until I have internet access and time to write the post wrapping up the class. Don't miss out on the opportunity to earn house points!

I do want it to be noted that I waited 17 days from when I posted Ruby before I posted the rest of my Slyths. I thought I'd give the other houses fair time to respond before I created a personal dialogue between all my characters. *raises hands* I just want it to be known that I tried to be fair.
