As stated in the title, Colin needs posts to welcome him to the site. Any house, any age, really. He's not overly particular, though Slytherins might receive a frostier welcome than others.
Or, if you prefer, Damien and Carlin are available for posting too.

Julius, I think, simply because Colin will be more likely to recognise him and then there's that bemused 'what are you doing here?' to push them into a conversation. If you prefer me to start then it won't be up until late this evening because I'm in work, or you could start. I really don't mind.
