Preferred fonts: Something Seth. Nothing angular or blockish, or flouncy and girly. I quite like Ariane's one up there in your examples, or Theo's other one.
Preferred structure: Quote first, name underneath.
Sizes: Not as small as Theo's.
Other?: Use your magic, you have creative licence otherwise. ;D

and then in smaller writing underneath, "There's a fine line between love and hate."
Preferred colors: teals, silvers, greens, blues...and anything else that looks good.
Pictures to be used in the banner/ people to be included:
