The Four Houses of Hogwarts is six years old today!

When I think of how old it is, I realise what an enormous success Four Houses has been. We owe a lot to Catalina, Sethia and Dawn for their determination in getting the site going in the first place, and to everyone who's been a member here in those six years. You make the place what it is.

There are a lot of those people I miss... but for those of you who are still here after so many years, I'm so happy that you've stuck around. *huggles* And for those of you who are relatively new... I hope that we can make Four Houses as exciting for you as it was for the oldies when we first joined. It's good to have you here!

So yeah... Happy Birthday to Us!

Too cool, 6 years. I have had a wonderful 4 here! Thank you to everyone new and old for the amazing support and all the laughs along the way. This site really has meant the world to me, and I know I am not the only one who feels that way.

In commemoration for some of the best years here on the site, I have created this crossword puzzle for you all to try for fun. For newer members, this is a chance to go back into the archives and explore the site to see some of it's history, past characters, and other random surprises! For the old members, see how much you can complete without taking the opportunity to dig into the archives. It should be a fun challenge for those old and new. This isn't really a contest as much as it's just a fun way to celebrate the birthday of the site. Hope you all enjoy. Feel free to comment and/or note any mistakes (as I am sure I made some XD).

Golly.... 6 years. (I feel old)

The site has changed so much in those years, it's been wonderful to watch it grow. It definitely would not be where it is today without the devoted staff members who keep thinking up new ideas and making them come to life. Also, all of the members who keep loyal to the site and always come back for more. After I stepped down I took quite a long hiatus, and still never have gotten fully back into what I used to do. But seeing the site in good hands, and pushed on by enthusiastic and committed members, I never worried about where the site was going. It wouldn't be where it is today without anyone who has graced 4houses with their presence. So, thank you everyone for having fun and keeping this safe haven alive!
