Okay, well the original idea is up in talk to the staff. Basically, I need people to help run it. I'm thinking professors, staffies (IC and OCC) and basically people in or above fourth year. Just read through that talk to the staff post and get back to me on whether you want to help run it or not. I'm thinking a professor or two and five other students (staff or otherwise)

Responsibilities include:

Keeping active of course
recruiting for both younger and older students
helping organize which student ends up with who
sorting out any problems that involve the BBBS (Big Brothers Big Sisters) program
and basically everything else that involves the smooth sailing of the program

So far we've got:

Jamison Parson
Kia Brightstar
Celia Richmond
Aurora

It really sounds like something like Kia would participate in, especially with her current plot. So, if you'll have her, Kia's willing to join

Celia would love to do something like this . She loves helping people, and something like this would really suit her personality .

I'm sure that Ivy would be really happy to join in as a 'Big Sister', but I don't think she's the older student you're looking for to help run it. So ie. not one of the five students... just a Big Sister. Which is it that you're looking for in this post?

Hm... Personality wise I can offer Aurora, and Zara Phoenix. I think they'd do well.

I don't mind what you want them to do. There's a possibility I will render Aurora inactive sometime in the future due to some reasons, but whilst I do have her I will remain as active as I can afford to be. You have my word.

Kia and Celia: Sure, you are all welcome to join in. We'll get an owl or some sort of thing going in the near future so that we can discuss about it. I'll send you a pm in a minute expaining what Jamison and I have come up with so far.

Ivy: Well, we were going to recruit for Big Brothers and Sisters after we've got the professors and the five members, but I'll put you on the list ahead of time.

Aurora: Well, you're welcome to join in to help run the program, but I do ask that you chose between Zara and Aurora, as there's not room enough for both. Although, whoever you do not chose is welcome to come on as a big sister when the time comes.

EDIT: Wow, I just realized we have five members now. If there's one more that really wants to join in to help run the program, pm me and I'll see what I can do. We do still need a professor to get it all started though.

I am indecisive between Aurora and Zara - as there's a possibiliy of Aurora being dropped, but she'd make the better candidate. I'd prefer to keep Zara as a Big Sister or something, and use Aurora as the main one for now.

Okay, that's fine, just wasn't sure what Kia + Celia were offering for so I thought I'd best put in a word for Ivy...

I totally agree with Ezzie, please don't delete Aurora. It would make a big hole in a particular plot that I wouldn't be very pleased about.

I would recommend sending an owl to Professors, rather than expecting them all to read this thread.
