Yes, a very happy birthday to the site. As well, I just wanted to express the same sentiments of thanks as Izy did in the IN. There have been so many people, many of them gone by now, who have made my time on Four Houses so special. I have made a number of friends on whom I can really rely, I have had a lot of fun plotting and scheming, I have read threads that made me really appreciate the talent we have on this site, and I have interacted with people who just made me smile. So a big thank you to everyone on here, everyone who has put effort into this site. Especially to everyone who puts a bit of themselves and their hearts into their characters, it really shows. Thanks everyone

Happy Birthday Four Houses!!!! Aweee... honestly this site has grown so much and an unmeasurable amount of thanks goes to the current staffies. In all the years, I've seen the site grown the most in the last few years. This current group has been very dedicated and a very keen group to grace this site. You guys truly are a brilliant bunch. & from the times of me coming back on the site through these last 5 years, so many phenomenal posters have been addicted to this small piece of all of our lives. It's great to see how much the site has flourished with the writings styles, so many in depth plots, and creative characters. Great job everyone, just like Mary has said- putting your hearts into everything. I never knew this site was going to be so big!

Already started on my treasure hunt. Happy Birthday Houses. It's nice to be able to say that I've been here for quite a few of these birthdays. I've enjoyed the many friendships and bonds that have been made over the years. Thanks to everyone for giving me a chance all those years ago when I was just a newbie and was having trouble getting the hang of posting... Love everyone here.
*huggles all *

Another Happy Birthday to the world's greatest Harry Potter RPG site... *grins and mutters through teeth 'yes I am a ham'*
But really I've made a lot of friends here and it's hard to think of my life without this site. I'm right there with you Sadie...I've been around for a lot of these birthday's and I have to say that I'm more than happy to continue on being around for them.
Everyone here is truly an amazing group of people and I can only hope that we can embark on another treasure hunt next year...
*Will hand out cookies if anyone knows where Izy's pic is stashed on the site*

Happy birthday, 4 houses!
I haven't been a member for a long-long time, but I did have lots of friends and heaps of laughter and fun here once upon a time. Even though the staff decided to ignore me request to leave me out of it *smacks them over the head with a pillow*. In the long run I did more harm than good.
And now I'm old and greying and completely out of whack. I'll be crawling around with a cane soon and telling of how thesun used to be greener and the sky bluer.
I'll break the tradition, though, and won't come bearing any gifts. 4 Houses is strong on it's own and the only suitable gifts offered here would be posts it's own posters. So congratulations everyone. And erm... have heaps of inspiration?
Couldn't grasp everything I wanted to offer here. Didn't dare to take all So I didn't bring anything.
Dandelion's home is in green grass, Sun is the mother of flowers - How could I pick them for here - They are still too gentle.
A ladybug would probably die If I held it in my palms, BecauseI really don't know What kind of food she'd want.
Candies just won't stay In my hands for that long. I can't snatch a butterfly, Even though they're really pretty.
When I touched a dandelion, My hand turned golden as well. With this sun-gold hand I will just hug you all today.
One day I'll grow And my hands will grow too. Then I shall offer the whole world Just wait a little - you'll see.
Not that good, but had to give it a shot.

*huggles you* I never knew you, but it's good to see you around and thanks for the... poem? XD I find it most funny you say 'the sun used to be greener'. Is it really now? *looks to the sky expectantly* Nope. Looks yellowy orange to me.

*tackles and smothers Kris with pillows*
yes I still like my pillows. I miss you! No Slytherin boy ever held the same potency as you dear Graas...besides I always did enjoy how irritated you could make Fiona.
And of course I miss you...behind the awesome that is Kris!
*tear*
It's like a family reunion...except sappier, with less anxiety and unfamiliarity...okay so it's not a family reunion at all...something better definitely.

Happy Birthday to us all - it's been incredible to be a small part in all that's happened on Four Houses. I remember when I first came here, when there was less than 10 players I think, and I thought I'd never make another character except Nasser. I didn't think I'd last this long, for I certainly never imagined I'd have the creativity to create any other character or get into a plot that involved more than a few threads!
I've met wonderful people here and made great companions. I dunno if you remember Izy that first time you messaged me on MSN. I think you said something like 'Quick chat about staff?' or something of the sort. I never knew we'd end up talking so much and become such good online friends. I'm so glad you agreed to take on the running of the boards, you're a good leader and a better friend.
I'm glad for the chance I get to talk to everyone I've talked to over the years and the plots I've been a part of or even just discussed with people, it really is amazing to be involved in so much creativity. The boards are what they are because of all you guys, I wish I knew everyone here, because it's always been a pleasure reading your threads. I know the staff members best and you guys know how special I think you are, so to those members like Fiona and Ezzie and Dawn and Astrid who I don't get to talk to or post with, it's lovely to have you here.
Dana, it's so wonderful to hear from you. I hope you always drop by once in a while, you're a unique person with a wonderfully weird sense of humour and no-one will ever make characters like yours; as Fiona said, Kris Graas has left a mark on the boards and on everyone who ever posted with him. I hope all's going well for you and don't you DARE stop writing!

Yes I'm sorry for not having processed this yet - university applications and school have taken over my life almost completely. However, I have half term holiday at the end of this week - you will find out then.
