So, i wasn't really too sure where to put this, or what to say in it, or how not to make it seem to lame.. but here goes.

To be honest, I've been going through a lot of things at home lately, it's good things happening, but it involves getting rid of people who made my life a living hell. I'm not going to go into detail, I'll save you all the bother, but all you need to know that it's been quite a hard time for me recently.

Now, ever since i was a kid, i always found, a sort of, solitude, i guess we can say, in reading and writing. Some people may say that's a bit sad, or pathetic, or more likely both, but that's just me, and the way that I am.

So when i found this site, i didn't really know what to expect. I was going through such a hard time in my life that i felt like suicide. But then i started writing and getting involved on this site, and it inspired me to start writing and reading more, which i had almost forgotten about recently. Every time i would post here, write good pieces, etc, it was like my solitude again. It made me happy, gave me something to concentrate on, something to enjoy and focus on, and it worked.

I guess I'm trying to say thanks to everyone really. Thank you Izy, for being so patient in all the stages of my new start here, helping me get started, explaining the rules, and for being so helpful and kind. Thank you Britt, for being such a good friend, for being there for me to speak and laugh with, for being such a good person to post with. Thank you everyone basically, for being so kind.

I'm not leaving, i just felt like telling you all how great you are.

I'm not sure if this sounds really pathetic, it probably does, and I'm not going to read back over it, cause I'll end up deleting it. I'm just going to post it, and leave it here, to let you all know.

Awww, Matt, I'm really glad that this site has been a positive influence in your life. That's the least I can hope for as the head boy. However, as you pointed out, it's also people like Britt who make this such a great place! Honestly, it's amazing to see the friendships and other great things that come from this site. Makes me feel like a proud parent.
