Vanessa strummed on Kyle's guitar. He had lent it to her. She was trying hard to write a song for Katie, an apology in some ways. The notes slurred together, and Vanessa began.
"I sit in a dark room,
My eyes adjusting.
My mind is fogging,
With thoughts,

I was wrong,

Apology?" Vanessa sang, so it wasn't her best...but it was near it, and she wasn't very good at writing apology songs, never was.

Katie was runing from outside and she went one way than another avoiding the snowballs. Each time she did she sighed with relief and dashed in the castle and to the student lounge. As she made it she opened the doors and saw Vanessa. Katie glared at her and took a seat in an empty chair far away from her.
She crossed her arms and she stared off into space as Vanessa sang her song. Than after she was finshed Katie put her arms to her side and looked at Vanessa with her light green eyes. She walked over towards her and sat down next to her.
"No it was my fault I followed you and Kyle and I yelled at you for making fun of Jordan. But she took me in from my father fist and she gave me a home. I couldn't let you talk bad about her she was my friend, mother, and now sister." Katie siad smiling at Vanessa.

"No, Katie. You had a right to yell at me. Perhaps, the Jordan I knew when she was 8 or 10 is different then the one now. But, Jordan does make fun of me, doesn't she?" Vanessa asked, an apealling glow in her eyes. She knew the answer would be yes, it always was. Jordan had always made fun of Vanessa, it was like a human nature for the girl.
"Jordan, knows when to be a mother, a sister, or a friend...but, she doesn't know when to stop. She'll even admit it, it's a curse, she says." Vanessa added, hoping this would make Katie see her point.

((i feeling a little up to postin but don't expect me to post reply right away.))
Katie looked into the fire and listen to Vanessa side of the story. Katie nooded her head in approval, Jordan had told her the story of blowing up her paino. Katie pushed her brown hair behind her ears and turned her head towards Vanessa and smiled. "Okay Vanessa I get your side of the story. Also she dose make fun of you but you also do too but I dont wont to get into that kind of details." Katie said turning her head back to the fire and absording the heat.
She wonted to change the subject really badly she didnt feel like taking sides. But sshe knew she might have too very soon. Katie tucked her legs under her and rested her head on her knees. She smiled as she felt the warmth of the fire go up her body. Katie than remembered the trip to Switterland village she was very interested in it very much, but Jordan wasnt going to go and Katie was looking for someone who would go down the slopes with her and exchange presents. Katie than open her eyes and looked up at Vanessa and smiled a warm smile. "Are you going on the trip to the village in Switerland?" Katie said looking up at Vanessa with courtiy in her eyes.
