Kendon smirked at the Bulgarian chaser as he stole back the quaffle and spun directions to face the goal. This really was starting to get tiring, with the quaffle changing possession faster than normal. It seemed as if neither team could do much more than steal the quaffle and then get it stolen.
Determined to break this process, Kendon pushed his broom forward as hard as he could, all the while tucking the quaffle firmly between his arm and torso. If Bulgaria wanted it back they would have to fight for it.
As he passed the midpoint of the pitch, Kendon saw a bludger ahead. He veered left to avoid the bloody nuisance. His current angle made it hard for him to get a clear shot on the nearest goalpost. Seeing Lana to his right, he figured she might have a clear shot if he passed to her at the right moment. Holding on to the quaffle a little longer, he neared the Bulgarian goal post. When he was close enough, he pulled back and faked a shot. Hoping the keeper would bite, he quickly changed his motion in mid air and tried to throw the quaffle to Lana on his right.

Raya noticed that Ivan was going to pass to her, and she got herself completely ready to catch and take off for the goal, but the ball was intercepted. She pulled her broom back and did a half loop in the air to chase after the Irish chaser that now had the quaffle. She lowered herself to the broom and picked up some speed, she was almost close enough, but he was making a pass! Raya added a little more speed, she wanted that quaffle.

Again? Ivan...focus. Do NOT let this get away from you.
Ivan took chase after the Irish chaser, unrelenting as they dodged in and around the other players. A golden blur whizzed by his face.
The snitch...please tell me Krum saw that.
Undetered Ivan chased on until he pulled even with Kendon. The Irish chaser raised his arm to shoot. In a desperation move, Ivan tried to rip the quaffle out of his hands before he could put the shot on net.

The quaffle wasn't going anywhere, it was just going back and forth forever; Bailey couldn't believe it. Finally snapping herself back into focus as that Bulgarian chaser once more stole away the quaffle she found a spare bludger. With as much strength as she could find Bailey swung her bat at the flying bludger.

Cassidy watched at the quaffle kept going from one team to the next. Kendon and Lana were both doing a great a great. Seeing an opportune moment to come in, Cassidy broom accelerated sped toward the Bulgarian chaser. Giving the quaffle in the other chasers arm a punch she hoped to see it fly out.

Ivan seemed almost surprised to find the quaffle back in his possession.
Hold on to it this time Ivan.
Just then, he caught sight of the bludger headed right for him.
If I'm going to be hit, I'm not going to lose the quaffle for Bulgaria.
Ivan quickly spun and found Anastasiya open. Doing his best to avoid the bludger, he tossed the quaffle to his teammate.

The back and forth possession of the quaffle was tiring Kendon. Frustrated, he flew toward the Bulgarian chasers, making sure to avoid the bludger that Bailey had sent toward the male chaser. He watched as Cassidy tried to steal the quaffle, to no avail. Then he saw the chaser attempt to pass. Again, he shot forward, determined to keep up his energy. Even if it meant another turnover, he had to keep trying. The Bulgarian chasers sure had learned a lot from the match four years ago, and Kendon had a feeling all that he was doing was playing into their trap. The rate they were going, the game would most likely be decided on the catching of the snitch- most likely what Bulgaria was hoping for. But Kendon didn't rule out victory yet. Even if the chasers from Bulgaria were playing them pass for pass, he had faith in Faith. After all, she hadn't let them down yet.

Andon watched the game continue- the quaffle was getting hard to follow as it changed possession even before either team could set up any kind of offense. As he flew around the pitch, he saw one of the Irish beaters make contact with a bludger. It was headed toward Ivan who he realized had the quaffle tucked under his arm, desperately trying to avoid the bludger. As Andon flew forward to try and protect Ivan, he saw the male Irish chaser trying to intercept the pass that Ivan was about to make. "Oh no you don't," he said aloud as he swung at the bludger and tried redirecting its path. Andon was tired of the game getting nowhere. He wanted someone to score, and he was going to do everything he could to let that be Bulgaria.

Raya noticed that one of the Ireland players was attempting a pass, but before she got the chance to intercept the pass, she noticed that Ivan again had to ball, she turned and swerved down to avoid the bludger that had been aimed at Ivan, she flew on one side of him, she was there for a teammate, as always, she could only hope that Krum would catch the snitch when they had the higher points, but that was not her business to worry about, the snitch would get caught when it showed. Raya turned her attention back to her role in the game, and noticed that Ivan was passing to Anastasiya. The only thing Raya could think was, please let her catch it, for she also had noticed that an Ireland chaser was attempting to intercept the pass, she weaved her way through the tangle of players to get near the Irish player, if he did intercept the pass, she would try to steal if given the chance.

The action was fast and furious as Anastasiya flew by one of the Irish players. Gritting her teeth, she tried to shake off the nervousness that was starting to creep over her. Looking around, she was that Ivan was trying to pass the quaffle to her. She looked at him, preparing to catch the ball

As he reached for the pass that the Bulgarian chaser sent through the air, Kendon was happy to have the quaffle back in his possession. He quickly changed direction, trying to get as far away from any Bulgarian player as possible. He flew far out to the right of the pitch and saw that Cassidy was making a clean break down the center of the pitch. Kendon knew that if he could get her attention and make a good pass, she would be in the perfect position to try to score.
With a loud shout, he watched Cassidy, waiting for her to look. When he thought he saw her glance his way, he tossed the quaffle as hard as he could in her direction, hoping she would see it in time before one of the Bulgarians got in their way. Then, he kept flying forward in case she needed his help when they neared the goal. He hoped she shoot if she got the chance, but he figured he could fly along side her to get in the way of any Bulgarians that might approach.

Raya cheered to herself as Ivan kept hold of the quaffle, but it was short lived, for the pass was intercepted. She silently cursed as she turned around to get the quaffle back. Then she noticed the bludger again and watched as it did some minor damage to Ivan. [/i]We got to get something going here[/i] she thought to herself as she caught up with the Ireland player, and before she could steal the quaffle from him, he made to pass. This time Raya was going to get in the way of this pass, at least she hoped so.

Raya stretched herself just bit more, Almost got it..... She then felt the quaffle on her fingertips, twitching them, she felt the quaffle in her grasp. I got it! Raya did a sudden stop and turn in midair, almost a loop really. They were back in possession, she dodged one Irish player, then searched for someone she could pass to, she knew that if she tried to pass to someone, she had to make sure they could catch it. Well the only player on her team she seen even close to her was Ivan, but was he able to catch the pass, then she saw her, Anastasiya. Perfect timing. She focused herself on continuing forward, but in one fluid motion as she turned to the left she whipped the ball to her right, aiming for Anastasiya. Please let her catch it!

Everything was just going so fast. Kendon got he quaffle and tried to pass to Lana, but it was stolen. And so on and so forth. Lana wasn't really expecting the game to be happening so quickly. She knew that each of the teams were determined to win. However, knowing this made Lana even for determined to help win the game for Ireland. Lana had helped the team win the World Cup once, and she could do it again. Kendon, Cassidy, and Lana all worked great together and they could help win the Cup for the team. Lana tried to be near the quaffle at all costs, but it was difficult. Finally, Kendon got the quaffle back and he tried to pass to Cassidy, but it was intercepted. Lana sighed chasing after the girl. She would get that blasted quaffle back. Lana watched as the chaser tried to pass to a fellow chaser. Lana gained speed and tried to get in the path of the quaffle to catch it. She leaned her arms out to intercept the pass.

After the first interception, Ana cursed the Irish Keeper under her breath in Bulgarian. She was getting frustrated. She so wanted to get the quaffle, and send it to the hoop for the first Bulgarian goal of the game. It looked like she was about to get her chance. With her keen eyes, she saw that her teammate was about to pass the quaffle to her.
