"Whats there not to like." Hes beautiful, intelligent and he seems sweet for a Slytherin." Mikayla said thinking about a time she saw him reading in the grounds. "I don't know just as soon as I saw him he just stood out to me thats all." Mikayla said worried that Danielle might not like Mitch that much. "Why don't we just talk about something else." As soon as Mikayla started to change the subject...
"Hey Mare!" "When do you sneak over?" Mikayla said scratching her head. "I didn't even see you walk over here." "But I'm glad you came out!" said Mikayla. "Oh look I met some new people." "And one new feline!" "Oh, Mare this is Danielle." Mikayla said gesturing toward Danielle.
"And this is Sophia." She said gesturing to Sophia. "And last but definitely not least this adorable kitten, Kitty!" Mikayla said laughing because she just realized the kitty's name was Kitty. "Where have you been lately?" Mikayla asked Maryn. "Hey all I'm really perished from all this talking do you gals want to go get some food it is passed lunch time you know..." Mikayla said touching her stomach.

Maryn laughed at Micky. "Hmm, I'm a silent walker." She said laughing. Maryn looked at the cat near her. It was so cute! She loved cats and wished she had one of her own. Her mother had a cat named wrinkles, but Maryn didn't play with that mean cat. She had her own owl that she loved. Maryn loved owls because you could sometimes play with them a bit and they delivered things for her. Morgen was never in a bad mood and that made Maryn even more happy for her little owl. She had received Morgen when she entered Hogwarts. Her parents wanted to give her an owl to write the every day. But, that was when they seemed to care. But, not anymore. They were so obsessed with keeping safe and working at their less dangerous jobs at the ministry.
Maryn looked at the Gryffindor. "Hello Danielle. Nice to meet you." She exclaimed. She then looked at the girl Sophia. "Hi, Sophia. What house are you in?" She asked nicely. Maryn looked at the kitten again. "Cute." She said. "I love animals." Maryn shrugged at Mikayla's comment. "Around. A lot of classes and homework, friends, guy friend." She said hoping Micky wouldn't pick up the guy friend part. She smiled at Micky. "I'm starving!" MAryn said patting her stomach.

Mikayla laughed at the silent walker comment she found it rather clever. "Maryn , can you beleive I haven't eaten yet today?" Mikayla was always a big eater even though she never gained a pound. "I'm getting cold to perhaps we should go eat somewhere indoors."
Mikayla said with a chill rolling down her spine. "Oh, I know what you mean guy friend hmmm.... Lets see who that could be Leon perhaps?" Mikayla said teasingly. "I wish I had that kind of guy friend." Mikayla said thinking of Mitch. "So Maryn wheres the nearest resturaunt/fireplace..?" Mikayla said laughing. "I'm so ccccold..." "And hungry." Mikayla then laughed she was crackin herself up.

"Hey Maryn! I'm Sophia, in Hufflepuff. Nice to meet you!" She said "and yeah, we should make a pet-meeting kinda day. That would be so cool!. And beware of Slytherins...I've hear that there are a lot of badduns in seventh year! The only guy I've really talked to is Ryan, a fifth year Ravenclaw. He seems really nice-quite good looking too...I wish we could get to know each other better..."
Sophia stared into the sky, dreamily, thinking of the night when she had met Ryan, and how she was sure that he was at least slightly interested...
"anyway...do you guys wanna go get some food? I'm starving! Anyone fancy some chocolate, or do you wanna go get something hot, like soup or something?"

Danielle cleared her throat preparing to speak. " Well I really am getting hungry and soup does sound good. But mostly I'm just cold. So are our pets going to meet sometime? 'Cause that'd be like really cool! I'm thirsty are any of you thirsty? Hot chocolate sounds good right now don't ya' think? And cookies or cappuccino." she smiled at them brightly. This is so cool, what if we become friends. Wow finally I might have some friends!

"Oh my gosh, soup sound so good to me right now!" Mikayla said imagining the hot goodness running down her throat. " "I have made a decision.... We should bring all of our pets out here on ther grounds somtetime and let them have a little play date." She said smiling because she was imagining how cute it would be all of their little animals playing and getting along well together.
"Now all you guys have to figure out is when." Mikayla said making it sound simple. "We can think it over more after, we get some food in our stomachs!!!" Mikayla said starvingly... If thats a word. Mikayla started walking gesturing for them to come and go find a good place to eat and warm up.

Maryn raised an eyebrow at Micky. "You, haven't eaten?" She said laughing. "That's odd." She said still cracking herself up. "Yea, I'm gold too." She said clutching her jacket. Maryn held the warmth against her trying to keep it close. It was so cold out, she almost couldn't stand it. She then turned towards Sophia. "Nice to meet you to. Hufflepuff, huh. Do you know Flo Murvac? She is one of my friends." Maryn commented. She smiled at the girls happy to be talking to them. She loved to talk and talking with people she didn't know was her specialty. Maryn laughed at Micky. "Maybe it is Leon. So what?" She said. Maryn really liked him and loved spending time with him. He seemed like a nice guy and his sister was nice too.
All the girls started talking about brining their pets together. "I only have an owl, Morgen." She said. The girls started talking about going to get some food. "That's fine by me." She laughed. Soup sounded good to her also. Maryn followed Micky. She was very much hungry and cold. So, the whole soup and hot chocolate concept was fine by her. "Wait up Micky!" Mare called trying to keep up with the little girl. She laughed the whole way.

"Wait for me!" Danielle called as she ran over " I'm cold too!" Suddenly she slipped on some ice and fell backward hitting her head on the ground. "Ow!! Stupid ice, God always trying to trip people!" slowly she pulled herself up to a sitting position. Feeling her head for any bumps she started to cry. By now her head was throbbing with pain. Wiping her face with her hands she gave a little laugh. "Well I guess that's what I get for running." she mumbled.

"Oh my gosh are you alright?" Mikayla said running back over to Danielle. "Is it bleeding?" Mikayla asked in a panic she wasn't good with blood. "Do you need to go see a nurse?" Mikayla really wasn't good with this kind of thing. "Well, Mare come over here!" Mikayla called to Maryn, because Maryn had always been the one to help her when she was wounded.
"Well eating can wait..." "If we need to do anything we will right you guys...?" "Do you want one of us to take Kitty and put her up?" "Or do you want her to come along?" Mikayla didn't really know what to do at this pint. "Maryn how about you handle this... I think I'm starting to panic a little bit..." Mikayla said breathing heavily trying to gather her thoughts and get them in order.

Sophia ran over to Danielle. "are you OK?" She pushed to the front-her mother used to be a nurse, so she was used to this kind of thing. "Nope. no bleeding. Everything looks absolutely fine. Just sit here for a min, to make sure you're OK. Maryn, Mikayla, go find help. I'll stay and try to warm her up-the fall looked nasty, but could have been much worse...and I'm probably being over-careful, but best be safe..."

"No I'm fine. Nothing's wrong just a bump. It's not like I'll die." she said. She started to stand and look around. "Where's Kitty? Kitty! Kitty come here." Appering from what seemed like no where Kitty came upp to Danielle. She bent down and picked her up. Standing up again she felt a little dizzy but didn't fall. "Whoa, o.k. let's go get that food." her head still hurt but hopefully they wouldn't notice.Starting forward again she motioned to them. "Come on we don't have all day!"

"Sorry, I kinda spaz out when I see someone get hurt like that it makes me get this really weird feeling, like I just have to help them, like their gonna die or something its weird..." Mikayla said wondering why she gets that feeling. Mikayla didn't remember anything in her child hood that could have made her so protective with that kind of thing.
"But, lets hurry and go get some food before something else happens..." Mikayla said anxiously. Mikayla then started walking still not sure where she should go but she just wanted some food.

Maryn turned when she heard Danielle scream. She ran over to her and Micky was begging her to help. She wasn't good with blood, but could handle horrible situations. She looked over Danielle. "She seems fine, though that was a bad fall." Maryn said. It must have hurt a lot and Maryn knew she wouldn't have been able to take the pain. She hated blood and needles, but it was a part of life she had to deal with. Danielle said that she was fine when Micky suggested getting a nurse. "Ok, well I'm glad your not bleeding." She said looking Danielle over again. It frightened all of them. "i guess no more running." She said looking at the ice. It was very smooth which led to Danielle slipping. Maryn was glad that the other girls didn't get hurt.
All the girls agreed to still go get some food before anything else happened. "Yea, good idea." She said. Maryn walked slowly so she wouldn't fall. She sort of tip toed as the girls seemed to follow. Maryn smiled at her fancy footwork and continued to tip toe. Finally, the girls made it inside. Maryn gave a little cheer and clap. "Hey, look we all made it alive." She joked. "Now, who's hungry she asked. Maryn looked at the ground waiting for an answer.

"Yay!!!" Mikayla said clapping and cheering and kind of causing a scene. "Sorry, really hungry." Mikayla said realizing they were inside now. "And then the Lord said let there be soup." Mikayla said gesturing toward the sky. "Yummm..." Mikayla said as she went and got the food that she had so desperately desired.

Maryn laughed as she got some food. She got a hot bowl of potato soup and a cup of hot chocolate. She smiled taking a sip. The girls couldn't exactly sit together in the great hall because they were all from different houses. So, they had no other choice than to venture back into the cold. Maryn pulled her jacket close to her walking back outside. She took a seat on a bench waiting for the others. "Umm, this is good." She said eating a bite of her soup. Maryn continued to take bites of the delicious food.

Mikayla then got her food. And walked outside, because they couldn't all eat together because they were in different houses. So they all agreed with gping outside to eat and drink. "Sup, chickie?" Mikayla said greeting Maryn as she sat down beside her on a table outside. "This is soooo good..." Mikayla said stuffing her face withe the soup and crackers she had gotten to eat. "If the others don't show up soon than I'll probably be finished by the time they get here." Mikayla laughed.
"So, Mikayla said to Maryn trying to start up a conversation. "Are you having anyone at your house for Christmas?" "AAnd how did you like the ball? Mikala asked sweetly.

Sophia sat down on the bench, next to Maryn, with a bowl of tomato soup, with croutons, and a cup of hot chocolate. "yum...this soup is delicious...so is the chocolate!" Sophia loved hot chocolate...well, any chocolate. As long as it was made properly, and tasted nice...
"so...do any of you have plans for the rest of the weekend? I don't really have much to do...maybe a couple of bits of homework and stuff...but not much."

Danielle was the last one to sit down. Partially because she had walked slow and because she had put a lot of marsh mellows on her drink. Drinking deeply she heard Sophia ask them a question. After thinking awhile she remembered. "Nope. I've got all my homework done. I love chocolate. I'm thinking of just eating it all weekend or sleeping." she said. She then started to pick out the marsh mellows and eat them.
