Rosaliz smiled at this, but her jaw hurted a bit, forcing her not to laugh. She then said "I'd have a small vanilla ice-cream cup, if they have it, and if they don't I won't take anything"

Thomas just smiled "Well if they don't have that I guess I’ll have to do some yelling till they get some." he said with a smile then walked though the doors to the Ice cream shop. It wasn't packed at all in fact it was empty like it normally is it's like being in a giant freezer or the north pole. It could be summer out side but it's winter in here. Thomas walked up and asked for a small vanilla and a chocolate for him. He paid then grabbed them and walked back out. It only toke a minutes maybe more he sat back down. Then handed her, her ice cream. "There you go I hope I got the right one." Thomas said pretty sure he did.

Rosaliz said "thank you" she took a spoonful. She shivered, it was cold that her teeth felt like frozen ice cubes. "while we are here, let me introduce my self better. Ummm....I'm in Gryffindor but I love reading, and hanging out with my friends. I'm mostly organized and don't have any pets. I live with a friend of mine from Hogwarts. I like somebody trust worthy and true to themselves and others. I hate liers to.....so how about you?"

Well I'm Thomas going into my forth year at Hogwarts as a hufflepuff." He said smiling then laughed. " I have only one pet which is the smartest darn frog in the world I think it's smarter then me most of the time." He said smiling taking a spoonful of ice cream and putting in this mouth. after it was gone he started to talk again. " I guess I enjoy helping people and make them laugh." He said smiling. " In a person Hmmm." he thought for a second. " A nice sense of humor , kind and they have to be able to take a joke." He said a few people he knew were like that they were nice but it was annoying when the got mad at him.

Rosaliz smiled when Thomas mentioned his frog was probably smarter than him. She thought it was quite funny. "Thomas you don't have to watch me, if you don't want to. I'm just messing up your shopping plans you had today. I'm really sorry for messing up your day." she said feeling bad about it, hoping to not show her troubling sad emotions she had deep down inside. She just wanted to go back with her mother. She missed the comforting arms that once protected her, but were now gone. Thomas made her feel safe again. She was happy about it but was scared she would never feel this safe feeling ever again once this day was over. She was so surprised that nobody came looking for her. Especially the friend that who she lived with. 'I can never feel safe ever again' she thought. 'there is nothing else to do in my life but survive' she thought finishing her ice cream.

Thomas just laughed. " I didn't have any shopping plans today I always save that for the last few days." Thomas said smiling then laughed. " I was just looking in that shop because I was bored, I'm spending my whole summer here because I can't go home." Thomas said in a sad tone trying to hide how sad he was. " Anyway hanging out with you is probably better then anything I could have planned to do." Thomas look back at his ice cream and some was left so he finished it off.
Then he just looked up and smiled.

"What do want to do now?" she asked him. Her shopping plans were runed when she was attacked. "If it is allright, can you go shopping with me?" she looked down at her cup, she finished her ice cream. She got up and trashed her empty cup. She walked back to the table looking at Thomas. Waiting for a reply.

Thomas stood up and thro his cup away. "Sure I had nothing better planned." Thomas just walked up to her smiling. "Well lets get started, you lead the way and if we see that guy then I’ll chase him away." Thomas said laughing. "No one hurts a beautiful girl when I’m around." He said trying to act tough.

Rosaliz blushed when he said she was beautiful, but she didn’t take it personally. She smiled when Thomas said that he would chase the guy who attacked her. She pictured it clearly in her mind. She knew that Thomas would win since he was much taller than the other guy. Thomas mentioned about her leading the way to the store so she said “O.K. I’ll lead the way.” She started to walk making sure Thomas was near her. ‘I need to go to that robe store’ she thought. She always loved shopping for school supplies early. She walked up to it. Staring at the display windows, they had posters that said robes were on sale up to fifty percent. Rosaliz pointed to it. Making sure Thomas understood that she wanted to go inside.

She pushed the door. She heard a bell tingle over her head. She looked around; the floor was made of fresh pinewood. The cash register was at the far left. She couldn’t tell if the walls were painted in the color black or had black wallpaper. She noticed that there were racks of robes, but with different designs, colors and sizes. They even had robes in the size for newborn babies. Rosaliz laughed at that, she thought it was quite hilarious. She turned around looking up at Thomas asking “do you need any school supplies, while we’re here, since it’s a great time to get them”. Waiting for a reply.

Thomas walking in the store right behind her and could tell she was laughing at the baby sized robes then see looked over and asked if he needed anything from here. Thomas just looked around but he didn't have any more money on him so he wasn't getting anything anyway. He walked over to the baby sized robe and grabbed out. "What do you think will it fit me." Thomas said laughing then put the robe back where he found it.
"I guess I’ll just have to grow into it then." Thomas just smiled.
