The Cobblestone Path ((Raven))

Raven headed into the store which Ayumi had gestured her toward. It would be dark soon and she wanted to go inside somewhere light and safe. On the first shelf beside the door she noticed jars of body parts. The first was titled lizard's eye. Beneath that were jars containing buzzard heart and snake spleen. Maybe a store wasn't the safe place she had imagined. On the way inside she noticed a small girl out of the corner of her eye. This poor girl seemed lost. Oh, Raven could most definately relate. She remembered the first time she was was in Hogmeade and Diagon Alley. But what could a girl this age be doing in Knockturn Alley alone, especially at this time in the evening. This was no place for a young person to be at night. She turned past Ayumi and headed towards the wandering girl. She hurried past the other wizards and witches to reach the girl. She wanted to get to her fast before she'd lost Ayumi in the crowd. Without Ayumi she would be completely lost.

She tapped the girl on the shoulder and when she turned to face her she asked,"Um, hi, are you lost?"

[Ayumi]

Ayumi looked around as she entered the shop, both in disgust and wonder, she stared at the body parts. She could have sworn that there was an eyeball watching her, but she quickly ignored it. Brushing the freakish feeling off her. Ayumi looked around to see if Raven was still with her, and was mad to see she wasn't. "Bloody fool, gone and got herself lost." She muttered, not even attempting to find her, after all the shop was emptying. They were soon to make contact again.

She turned around and walked towards a shelf that had a human hand on it. She prodded at it, and instantly it grasped for her. SHe swiftly moved her hand and saw that the hand's nails had cut her skin, and deep. Grunting, she turned away from it, holding her hand tightly so that her blood won't leak out completely. Ayumi turned around, and spotted a Dragon's wing. She pet it lightly, and saw that it glowed under her touch. Surprised, she picked it up and went to purchase it.

Ayumi said:

It was a bright summers afternoon, Ayumi sat in the Leakyu Cauldorn, finishing off her lunch. She wasn't an early bird, more of a late worm. For this morning she had awoken up at 11:00 in her musty Leaky Cauldron room. She had already finished her salad and was now stepping out of her seat and brushing her clothes so that it would be perfectly straight.

Her attire today was a Gray robe and a pair of black jeans. She wore her usual Platform boots, that made her tower a bit, and a black spagetthi strap tank top, that had a another tanktop on top of it, which was gray and was zipped up. She walked out of the Leaky cauldron and into the bright sun. Sheilding her eyes a bit, she walked towards the brick wall and did the usual tapping of the bricks and watching the wall move aside.

She stepped into the street of Diagon Alley, her boots making a slight tap on each cobblestoned path. Today was like any other day, she would walk around, shop a bit and maybe meet someone also heading to hogwarts.

She stretched her arms out and yawned. Nothing seemed different to her, so she walked down the all too familiar path, anticipating what would come forth.

Daniell fingered the Galleons in her pocket nervously. Her palms were sweaty and her legs felt as if the were strapped to lead. A girl stood in the distance looking around aimlessly Daniell fought over whether or not to approach her for help.

"Ex-excuse me! I-I'm not sure where exactly I am!" she stuttered. She regretted moments later. The amount of ignorance she had shown could get her called names for years. Or...atleast in her mind it could.
