Instantly Ayumi jumped up and almost sent her chair to the ground. She held it and pushed it back under the table. She quickly turned around, her robe spinning with her, and her platform boots, clucking on the ground. She threw out her bottle and went to the back of the leaky cauldron, standing in front of the magical brick wall. She turned around and waited for Liam to follow.

Liam looked shocked as Ayumi sprank from her chair, nearly knocking it on the floor. He slowly got up and put his wallet back in his pocket and was about to follow Ayumi, when he noticed his boots were untied. After he tied his boots, Liam walked over to where Ayumi was standing, and said, "Are you okay, you got up rather fast?"

Ayumi laughed, "Sorry, I'm just really excited, I guess being in someone else's company sets a spark in me."
Ayumi looked at Liam, normally, he would be taller than her, but her platformboots set her up a few inches taller so she could easily see Liam's face.
"We'll we're off to Diagon Alley" Ayumi said and tapped the magical bricks, instantly they sprang apart, exposing a street full of witches and wizards. "Crowded as always." Ayumi said, quickly, she grabbed Liam's hand and walked into the crowded abyss.
"So where are off to?" Ayumi asked, still holding onto Liam's hand, worried that she might lose him in the crowd.

Feeling Ayumi hold his hand, Liam felt something he hardly ever felt. He felt happy, and he felt a smile come across his face. Liam pondered over Ayumi's question for a few seconds, and then said, "Where ever you want to go is fine with me."

Ayumi smiled and nodded, "well if you don't mind I gotta go to Eelops owl emporium, I promised Raven, my owl that I would get her some new food." Ayumi said and began walking towards the shop, her left hand still holding to Liam.

Since Ayumi was still holding his hand, Liam had no choice but to go with her. But, it wouldn't have mattered anyway, he gladly would go with her. "Okay, sounds good to me, where ever you wnat to go," Liam said as calmly as he could with out letting her know that he was happy just being out with somebody.

Ayumi pushed through the crowd and spotted the shop, she pushed open the door and was welcomed by the jingle of the bell. The many sounds of owls hooting, cats purring and toads croaking rang throughout the shop. Ayumi finally let go of Liam's hand when she felt that it weas safe and picked up a bag of snacks for her owl. She walked up to the counter with the snacks.
"Is that all mam?" The witch at the counter asked
"uh yeah" Ayumi answered.
"That will be 20 sicles" the witch said
Ayumi took out a pouch from her robe pobe pocket and gave the witch the amount of money. When she was done Ayumi turned back to Liam, "Ok now it's your turn to choose where to go, and I want an answer." Ayumi said grinning

Looking around, Liam noticed that the wand shop was close by and realized he need to get a few things to take care of his wand with. "If you don't mind, I have to go to Ollivader's. I've got to get a few things," Liam said as he grabbed Ayumi's hand.

Ayumi felt Liam grab her hand and felt happy, she almost blushed, but see held that down. "Like I said anywhere you wanta go, I'm following, besides, not like I can go anywhere else." She said jokingly as she held onto Liam's hand

Once inside Ollivanders, Liam let go of Ayumi's hand and went to the counter, where a old man was standing. "Do you have anything to take care of wands?" Liam asked.
"Yes, we do, but let me see your wand first." As Liam gave him his wand, the shopkeeper said, "This is in very good shape. Where did you get it?"
"It was my father's." Liam was looking at the expression on the old man's face, "Why?"
"It's just so unusual." the shopkeeper said, exzamining the wand very closely. "I have just what you need." As he bought the wand care kit in a bag he said, "That'll be 20 sickles."
As he took his wand back, Liam said, "Here you go, thank you."
Turning around, Liam asked, "So, Ayumi, where to now?"

Ayumi and Liam entered the shop and she felt his grasp release her's. She stood in the corner while Liam attended to the clerk. While waiting, she took out her wand and stared at it.
"15inch, Maple wood, Dragonheartstring core. He said it chose me... I wonder why?" She said to herself quickly She returned her wand to her robe and turned around to meet Liam.
She pondered for a moment and then said," you know what, I'm not really sure, let's just walk around and see where that takes us." She said, grabbing he's hand and walking out of the shop.
"So you got your wand from your dad, why's that?" she asked as they began walking down Diagon Alley

Liam was surprised that Ayumi asked him that question. Slowy, he started to answer, "When I was six, I was playing in my grandfather's study when I picked up his wand. I waved it around and the next thing I knew, the rug was on fire. My grandfather knew right away I was a wizard, and I thing he saw something of my father in me, he decided it would be good for me to have something that my father owned, other than that I don't know. I don't even know why my grandfather had it, he has never told me why he had it and not my father."

Ayumi listened to Liam's answer, he's voice coming out slow and calm. When he was done, Ayumi was silent for a moment then began speaking, in an intrigued voice, "That is very interesting, especially that the wand choice you... yes very interesting, there must be something strong inside of you that burns brightly, just like your father." They both continued walking down the cobblestone path of Diagon Alley, her boots making soft sounds as it hit the ground. "As for the fact that your grandfather had it in he's possession, that is a mystery. However, I am still amazed about the fact that you hold a wand that has accepted both you and your father, I mean when I tried to use my mother's wand, it made these hissing sounds and sprang out of my hands, didn't like me very much." She said with a smile.

After thinking for a moment, Liam began, "I never thought of it that way. Really, I never even gave it much thought." Liam stopped and looked around, making sure nobody was listening. "I just thought how great it was having something that belonged to my father. I just wish I knew why my grandfather had it and not my father. But, I guess I'll never know, will I?" Again, Liam stopped, looking over his back, before speaking, "My grandfather told me that my parents were working for the M.O.M. when they went missing. I think he said they were searching for some dark wizards, but he won't tell me anything else."

Ayumi was surprised to hear that Liam didn't notice this. It was obvious to the plain eye, but then again, there was another mystery with the wand that Liam wanted to know. "Dark wizard, hm well look at it this way Liam, at least when they disappeared, they disappeared under a noble cause. But then hm why would your grandfather have it." she said holding her head, "Ow all this thinking is making me dizzy" she said looking at Liam to see if he had anything more to say.

"I think sometimes, that our trip to Japan, was more about more than what my grandfather told me. He was always meeting other wizards while I was in my room. I had overheard them talking about my father. They said that they'd heard rumors about where my parents were. The next day, we were on our way home, and I never heard anything else about where my parents were, I even asked my grandfather about his meeting and he told me not to talk about it ever again. He even said not to talk about it with anybody outside the family. But, I don't care anymore, I just had to tell somebody, and you look like someone I can trust," Liam said after a few moments.

Ayumi was astounded by he's words, for Liam and her had only met and he already put a secret like that in her hands. "Well Liam, I'm surprised you put such trust in me... thanks." She said smiling. She looked around and saw that a bench was free and she quickly moved towards it seating herself and Liam down.
"Ok, here's the thing, in Japan, there is alot of dark anciet magic, in Japan, we still have wych-kin. Their these kind of species that go around attacking innocents, such as muggles. So i Japan, we have wych hunters, which my mum is, but I don't think that matters. Anyways in Japan, there are ALOT of dark cults out there, you couldn't really trust anyone there. That I know for a fact. There were also undercover wiches and wizards who joined these cults to gain information, not all of them were successful. I dunno if this helps much about your grandfather in Japan, but that's all I know about the dark wizardy that goes on in Japan." Ayumi said in a hurried voice, she looked at Liam and waited for he's response.

Liam sat and thought for a few minutes before saying, "Yeah, that helps. At least it give's me something to think about." Stopping to thing, Liam looked up at the sky, like he'd done so many times before.
"So maybe, the wizard my grandfather kept meeting was undercover or something. That would explain why they only met at night, right? It would also explain why we haven't heard anything else from him or any of the others," Liam finished, as he turned to look at Ayumi, waiting to hear what she thought.

Ayumi listened, her information about Japan was helping, but it still didn't explain their disappearance. She pointed that out to Liam and continued thinking.
"Ok here's what I got, either your parenst were both involved with getting rid of the cult, ot considering that they worked for the M.O.M there is a possibility that the cult was in contact with another dark wizard and they held the info."
Ayumi stretched herself out on the bench and lay her hands behind her hand. She closed her eyes and beganing thinking, how it was strange how Her and Liam seemed to have information that fit together into a puzzle.

Liam sat thinking, he knew there had to be more to it. There had to be something Ayumi wasn't telling him. HE waited a few more minutes before asking, "Is there something your not telling me? I mean, there is just a lot of things that make since, but I have this feeling there's more to the story than your telling me."
Liam paused for a moment and looked at the sky, and then towards Ayumi. "How exactly do you know all of this about the cult's?"
