Lord Voldemort stepped through the dense bushes and follow Nagini and she slithered ahead to the meeting place. The old stone cottage was one of several buildings hundreds of years old that were hidden in the Forest. This once thriving village had succumb to the years and now the forest had grown around it and swallowed it. It was the perfect place for hiding and meeting.
The largest of the buildings would do well for today. It was three rooms long, yet the only the center room was usable, the others having caved in years ago. The rickety door stood wide open on hinges that appeared as if ready to break at the slightest touch.
Inside however was a very different appearance. Death Eaters had been using this village as a base for years and the inside of this room had been cleaned up and housed a large wooden table with chairs around it. The other buildings had also been fixed up inside to serve as a makeshift dormitory while trying to stay out of detection.
Lord Voldemort's seat was the largest chair in the room and stood at the head of the table facing the door. He was the first to arrive but there was still a couple of minutes until the determined meeting time. He would wait for the others, but anyone arriving late would have to explain their action. He sat in his chair, with wand held loosely in his fingers while Nagini coiled herself up next to the fireplace, her eyes on the door.

*POP!* Belle appeared 1/2 a mile from their secret village. As was the order, she apparated far from it so that there was no chance of her being followed through the thick woods. Briskly walking through the heavy brush she peered around her every few steps to be sure no one was following her.
After a good fifteen minutes of walking she arrived at the village and walked up to the largest building, she had things to do in her cottage herself but it wasn't wise to make the Dark Lord wait. As she entered she found herself to be the first one to arrive, "My Lord" she said as she bowed her head and then took her seat right next to the Dark Lord and awaited the rest of the group.

He scurried, rat-like, to the meeting destination. His nose scrunching up almost subconsciously, as he ran along the pathway. Peter didn't want to be late for the meeting. The Dark Lord wouldn't stand for that, and Peter hated being on his master's bad side. His silver hand shone in the sunlight. He was almost there, almost to the secret village. Peter hated the sunlight, which was why he scurried in the shadows of trees and bushes.
Every sound in the distance made Peter jump so high that it made him walk even faster. Finally he reached the largest building, and nearly ran inside. Once inside, he bowed deeply. So deeply his nose was touching the floor, he was still twitching and his nose was still scrunching up. "Master." He said before he stood again and took a seat.

With a loud 'pop', Crabbe apparated into a large wooded area outside of an old village. He was grateful that he did not lose a body part when reappeared. Slowly, he lumbered toward the village where he was to meet with the other Death Eaters and the Dark Lord. He was careful not to be late as he did not want the Dark Lord angry with him.
After nearly twenty minutes, he was nearing an old stone cottage where the meeting was to be held. When he was a few yards from the building, he looked around his surroundings, making sure that he had not been followed. He made his way inside and saw the Dark Lord all ready seated. At once he greeted the Dark Lord, "My Lord," before he took his seat and waited for the meeting to begin.

Soon those requested to attend had arrived and there was no point in delaying. "It ends this year, we will be victorious. Yet before we continue, two of our brothers are imprisoned and must join us. Wormtail was to have scouted Azkaban extensively. Tell us, what have you learned about the guards?" Voldemort held his wand firmly and aimed it right at Wormtail, the information now coming had better be useful and there better be enough, if not he had no problem torturing Wormtail for his failure once more.

He squeaked as the Dark Lord's wand was pointed at him. Peter began to speak but stuttered the slightest, "I w-went in as a rat...barely made it. Security is really high there, sir. Aurors everywhere." Peter began to whimper at the memory of the Aurors. Even now they frightened him in the slightest and they probably shouldn't have. Then again, everything frightened him. He breathed in a shakey breath, and continued,"I made it down to the basement floor, the first one. Th-they have Lucius in cell 363. It's an isolation cell. I had to g-get out before I could find out anymore, my Lord." Peter whimpered as he waited his verdict. Was the information enough? Or would he be in pain shortly?

Wormtail's report was right to the point which was what Voldemort liked, however the report was painfully short in details. A silence filled the room after Wormtail stopped speaking, as the seconds drew on it became clear that the little man nothing else to report. "Your report is weak, how are we to act on that? Aurors everywhere? Were they changing watches? Was it a brief meeting? Your lack of effort will mean we will have to divert more resources to this, maybe far more than should be allocated."
Voldemort them turned to face Crabbe, he hoped this one had better information. "King's Crossing and Hogsmeade Station will be heavily guarded, but Crabbe checked on the tracks, what did you find out?" Before allowed Crabbe to speak, without looking he pointed his wand at Wormtail's chest "CRUCIO!" And the red light hit the man squarely sending him to the floor. "Speak Crabbe."

Crabbe let out a laugh as Wormtail was hit by the"Crucio" spell. He enjoyed seeing the tiny man in pain. But, not wanting to feel the effects himself, Crabbe replied to the Dark Lord, "I have found that there is a general lack of security around the tracks. There were several points along the tracks that would make an easy place to ambush. The easest being the bridge over the river."
Crabbe sat back in his chair and scratched his head. He was trying to think of anything else that would be relevant. He hoped that what he had said would be enough to please the Dark Lord.

Voldemort listened to Crabbe's report and clasped his hands together in thought for a while, the silence was only broken by Wormtail's whimpering. "If we want to hit that train we'll need everyone so we must hit Azkaban first." "Wormtail shut up!" He said and pointed his wand once more at the man's chest. "Before we attack Azkaban we'll need a diversion, Bella, you organize a diversion attack, I will lead the attack on Azkaban myself." Voldemort then stood and walked to the doorway, "Come Nagini, we must get a few giants for this..."
