Harry stood watching all four Death Eaters. One, Harry's spell worked and knocked him out. Harry heard Lucius talk about his cloak. With a look on his face, he kept hold of it. Lucius shouted out, a spell as Harry quickly retailated. "FEU- RESISTEZ!" he yelled as Harry's spell worked. Bellatrix Lestrange stood with Lucius Malfoy, accompainied by another Death Eater. It was three against one. Harry had his odds against him, but he couldnt give up.
Standing motionless He looked at his feet. A partical of the door was on the ground right by him. Looking at the Death Eaters and the ground, Harry tryed to keep his weight exactly how it was as he bent down and got the peice of wood. Quickly throwing it acrossed the room he hit the closet. Taking their attention away from Harry, He pointed his wand at the three and shouted, "STUPEFY! CONFUNDUS!" He yelled as he darted closer toward the door, but still keeping distance away from the three.

Bellatrix looked about the room, there weren't too many good hiding places, but if Potter had an invisibility cloak he could be anywhere. A sudden noise by one of the closets drew her attention. "Reducto!" She yelled as she aimed a wand in that direction, smashing the closet door to bits. From off in the other direction she heard spells being cast. "PROTEGO!" she screamed as her other wand set up a shield that blocked a stunning spell.
"Over there!" Bellatrix yelled as she aimed both wands at where she thought someone was. "REDUCTO!" two beams of light smashed a table and a bookcase to bits. "Come out Potter! We're not going to hurt you, we just want to talk!"
Rookwood looked around the room, "we need more eyes, Serpensortia!" Two snakes shot forth from his wands and landed on the ground. Slithering around the ground they began sniffing for anyone.

Peeves was enjoying the last days of school. Having dumped an ink bottle in a 1st year's hair he was feeling rather risky. Of course not having his arch nemesis Filch around anymore made his days more lonely. Filch was always fun to pester! While Peeves was busy writing rude words on the blackboard of Professor Binns' room, several owls buzzed past him. Throwing several pieces of chalk at the owls, he floated through the ceiling and grabbed a bucket, which he planned to fill with water.
Screams soon began to fill the castle, that was very strange usually screams came from near Peeves, not far away! Doing a belly flop through the floor, Peeves left his bucket of ice water on the top floor. Floating at the top of a stairwell, students were all screaming and running downstairs, yelling something about Death Eaters? Returning to the top floor Peeves got his bucket and began to search for a student. For a long time Peeves floated around without finding anyone. Venturing down to the next floor proved useless as did the next few.
At last Peeves reached the 5th floor and finally heard people! "Ickles!" Peeves cackled as he zoomed down the hallway in search of the ickles. Coming to a door he found though a Death Eater laying on the ground. Floating into the room, Peeves saw three other Death Eaters. Taking his bucket, Peeves flung the ice cold water at one Death Eater (Bellatrix) then threw the bucket itself at another one (Lucius). Peeves then did a summersault and zoomed out of the room yelling as loud as he could.....
"DEATH EATERS! ICKLE DEATH EATERS IN THE CASTLE! DEATH EATERS OVER HERE!!!"

Albus Dumbledore and several other professors climbed the stairs quickly in search of the Death Eaters. There had been no report from any of the aurors stationed throughout the castle which was no good news. Reaching the 4th floor, several students were found cowering a classroom. "Professor Sinistra and Nikolaeva please escourt these students to the Great Hall" Dumbledore said as the rest of them began to climb up the steps to the 5th floor.
Reaching the 5th floor they were about to head up again when shouting was heard down a corridor. Walking towards the commotion they came across Peeves. "Peeves, where are the Death Eaters?" Dumbledore asked. "Oh the ickles are down there Headmaster, they think they have Harry Potter in that old classroom. But the ickles are wrong, I didn't see Harry Potter at all."
Turning down the hallway, Dumbledore and the other professors quickly approached the classroom.

Harry jumped to the wall closest to the door way. None of the Death eaters has hit him, yet. He was breathing hard but trying to contain himself. Harry listened as some of the Death Eaters set their wands off to the wall. Across from harry. He knew in his head that his life might be over. Three Death Eaters were after him and werent going to leave untill they kill him. Quickly Bellatrix set off two snakes. One came over to Harry ask he started to talk to it Go away. Go through the door. Get Away from me! he said as the snake shook its head and stayed at his feet.
Pointing his wand at the snake he said, "FLIPPENDO!" the snake bounced off the floor and flew into the back of the room. The Invisibility cloak was getting quite hot. Harrry was out of breath and needed a break. 'Now or Never' he thought as he took his weight off the wall and pointed it to Bellatrix and Lucius. She was the only one who was saying any spells. "CONFUNDUS! STUPEFY! PETRIFICUS TOTALUS!" he yelled as many jets of light flew out of his wand.

Bellatrix walked towards where she thought Harry and fired another pair of spells that smashed against the wall. Suddenly water had been dumped all over her. Turning around she cursed loudly and saw Peeves throw a bucket at Lucius. "Beat it Peeves!" Bellatrix shrieked as she fired off several spells that passed through the pest. Cursing more, she heard Peeves screaming about them down the hallway. Turning round again she saw flashes of light heading right her way! "Protego!" she said as she ducked down as the spells narrowly missed her, but instead struck Rookwood full force and down he went.
Pointing both wands from where the flashes began, Bellatrix grinned. "There he is! Right over there! STUPEFY!"

Harry watched as Peeves annoyed Bellatrix, it was the perfect time. Harry sent his spells as Bellatrix deflected them and a few hit The other Death Eater behind her. Bellatrix quickly acted on Harry. "PROTEGO!" Harry said at the perfect moment. He was getting slightly hit by the spell as he deflected the rest of it. Harry went to his knees as the Spell started to take some Effect. He lost his grip on his cloak as it fell off of him. Seeing The Death Eaters Harry spoke, "STUPEFY!" he yelled as he could. The stupefy spell didnt effect him fully, but he was disoriented.

Lucius watched as harry shot spells toward him and the Others. "Protego!" he said deflecting them. Peeves showed up and threw a bucket at his head. "Leave Peeves!" he yelled throwing the bucket back to peeves. He flew quickly down the hall yelling. Time was getting cut short. Bellatrix shot a spell at Harry as it seem it effected him with a smile Harry's cloak fell off. "And Now we can watch you die." Lucius sounded as he held up his wand first. "How about we have some fun first! REDUCTO!" he roared as a red jet flew at Harry's body.

Harry watched as Lucius deflected his spell. Harry didnt go to the ground he thought to himself as he waited, 'I can do this, Lucius or Bellatrix has to die. To show Voldemort. To Show that I can not be taken.' he thought as Harry took a deep breath as got all of his adrenalline going. Putting his knee up, Harry stood up. Holding out his wand he glared as Lucius talked to Him. "Shut UP! STUPEFY!" Harry roared as he took his wand off Lucius and next pointed it at Bellatrix, "REDUCTO!" he yelled as jets of light shout out his wand.

Bellatrix grinned as she saw Harry fall to his knees, his precious cloak falling away. "Awww, are we playing to rough for you Potter!?" She shrieked as she approached Harry. "PROTEGO!" she said and blocked his reducto spell. "Aww tut tut, looks like the super Harry Potter is getting tired! No worries, I'll help you. STUPEFY!" Bellatrix screamed, sending two red bolts flying at Harry.

Bellatrix started to mimick Harry. He was not ready to give up, although his body was. Harry stood, holding himself up by the wall. Bellatrix kept talking to him like he was a baby. "Im No Tired." he said in as calm of a voice he could get. Harry glared at her. "Stupefy!" he exclaimed as he tryed to use all of his adreniline to get the Death Eaters away. Harry quickly saw Bellatrix send two spells toward him. "Prot.." he said as he was hit with the first spell. Harry's body fell to the ground "Eh!" he exclaimed, as the second spell hit him too. He was lifeless on the ground. All Harry could see was black.

Bellatrix laughed hysterically when Harry fell to the ground. Walking over to him, she picked up his wand and snapped it in half, then threw it at Harry. "Don't worry Potter, this won't take much longer" she said with a grin on her face. "Before we kill you though, I'd like you to know that your little girlfriend is dead thanks to you. Whatever your charm is, people seem to love you. She died for you Potter, it's all your that your friend is dead! How's that make you feel!?" Grinning, Bellatrix aimed her wand at the window. "Reducto!" A blast of energy exploded the glass outwards. "Lucius, we can't use the killing curse on him, that won't work. What do you say we toss him out of the window!" Laughing hysterically, Bellatrix aimed her wand at Harry "on three we'll toss him..."

Lucius stood back as he saw Bellatrix liked to take control of Potter. Her spell worked on him. He was on
the ground collapsed, knocked out cold. Walking towar Harry's body on the ground Lucius stood with no remorse of the fight. Bellatrix Started talking to him. With a nodd Lucius repeated what Bellatrix said, "On three." with a wave of his wand Harry's lifeless body rose in the air.

Dumbledore and the professors quickly went down the hallway. In front of a doorway was a Death Eater on the ground. Entering the room they found two Death Eaters standing over Harry. Immediately he sent a red light that struck Bellatrix in the back knocking her out. "Malfoy, lower your wand, it's over" he said as the rest of the professors entered the room.

Lucius begain to count down. "One, Two.." Dumbledore and his henchmen and women stormed into the room. Bellatrix went down as Dumbledore yelled at Lucius to lower his wand. With a glare at Dumbledore he said, "Dumbledore you old hag! Dont you know, someone always gets to go. Never caught!" he exclaimed. Lucius ran toward the window. Putting his hands on the window pain he went though the window. "Impedimenta!" he said as he floated slowly to the ground. The second that he reached the grass he bolted towards the forest.

Quickly walking to the window Dumbledore saw a figure running off towards the dark forest. Waving his wand, Dumbledore tied up Bellatrix, Rookwood and Nott. “Professor McGonagall and Hagrid, please take Harry to the Hospital wing. Professor Sprout and Foxcroft please return to the Great Hall and bring Madam Pomfrey, we will need her services tonight. Professor Vector and Flitwick please continue to the top floors, some of our Gryffindors are still missing they may be in hiding up there. I must now return to the Great Hall and address the students.” Albus then turned and headed back down the steps as aurors came to take the Death Eaters.
