No Need for Nerves ((Vanessa))

Jeremiah let out an inward sigh when Vanessa disregarded any chance that there was a love interest between her and Aryeh. He knew it was a blunt question, but he was relieved that she had willingly answered and that his worries were for naught. Just then, Vanessa decidedly stood and told Jeremiah he was responsible if she fainted. She turned and went to the stage where she looked a bit nervous, but began to play and sing a song. There was no indication that she was nervous though once the music started to leave her lips and fingertips. She was a natural, at least Jeremiah thought. However, he'd have thought anything that she played was good. Maybe it was because he was biased, or maybe not. Regardless, when she finished, he started clapping and whistling rather loudly compared to the other applause and cheers from the crowd. Vanessa hurried back to their table just when the food had arrived.

"Oh, baloney!" he said with a rather large smile. "You were amazing- should even consider producing for a music company." Jeremiah cut a piece of chicken and dipped it into some of the alfredo sauce before taking a bite. After finishing chewing, he pointed to her and looked rather serious. "You should consider making this a weekly thing or something. You know, just to put yourself out there a bit and maybe get noticed." He took a drink and then added, "Of course, just do whatever makes you happy. It's just, your music is great, but being happy with it is the most important thing."

For the rest of dinner, Jeremiah and Vanessa enjoyed conversation and the music of other guests (none as good as Vanessa however). Afterward, they traveled back to the castle where they said their goodbyes, both agreeing that they should do it again sometime in the future.
