Patricia to Rachel as she left. She thought
Do I really miss being mean, and ruthless? All her memories came back when she met Blake. Who was into the same stuff she was into. Dark Arts. Quidditch. OK maybe she wasn't into pudding. But he had books on Darks Arts that he would let her barrow sometime. Was Blake bringing all her mean ruthlessness back. "No preposterous" he couldn't do that. Besides Patricia was starting a new leaf she promised herself

Harmony rushed towards the Hospital Wing in slight panic, books clutched tightly under her arm. She had just exited her Charms lesson, and notes and all were crammed into her overflowing school bag. The reason for Harmony's distressed stature was because the word was that Patrica Dawsinson had been sent to the Hospital Wing, and upon hearing this, Harmony's eyes had widened immensely. Thank goodness she had no lessons next. Immediately she had set off for the Hospital Wing, neglecting the fact it was now time for lunch, and hoped Patrica wasn't seriously injured. How would Richard feel? How would Rachel feel? Surely her two best friends (and boyfriend) would be extremely concerned, and Harmony wondered if they were already there. Perhaps Patrica had been in the Hospital Wing for a while now. Suddenly a thought hit Harmony on the head as she neared her destination. What if this had to do with Rachel's crush on Richard? Had something happened? Paling a little at the thought, Harmony prayed that Patrica was fine, and that the situation wasn't what she suspected it to be.
Skidding into the corridor which lead to the Hospital Wing, Harmony slowed down quickly, and halted in front of the doors. Timidly, she pushed them open, and popped her head round to peek with worried eyes into the room. She immediately noted that Patrica was lying alone with a rather miserable expression on a hospital bed, and Madam Pomfrey was not present. Neither were Rachel and Richard. Where were they? Dismissing her concerns to do with the others, Harmony called to Patrica, alerting the older girl's attention with an anxious frown, "Patrica! Psst! Hi! Are you all right? I heard something happened to you." It seemed Patrica wasn't too badly hurt, though the glaze in her eyes suggested dizziness and... what seemed to be grief. Her expression also depicted this; she appeared more sad than injured. Looking around fearfully, Harmony clutched her books even tighter to her chest, "Do you think I'm allowed in? Will Madam Pomfrey let me? I'm sorry I haven't brought any flowers or chocolates, but I only just got the message..."

Richard widened his eyes as he heard someone up ahead of him mentioned Patricia. He quickened his pace to catch up with the older students, and only briefly caught their conversation. If what they were saying was true, Trish was in the Hospital Wing. Grabbing one by the arm, he turned the student around. "What did you say? Is Patricia in the Hospital Wing?" He asked, his heart pounding. When the student answered that it was true, he didn't even thank them before running as fast as he could down the hall. Richard didn't know how serious it was, but he couldn't stop himself from worrying or presuming the worst.
He continued to run down the halls, until he finally reached the Hospital Wing. Gasping for breath, he reached the room he was told Patricia was in, and knocked lightly. Richard opened it slowly to reveal Patricia lying on the bed, looking forlorn and slightly grieveous, and Harmony next to him. He breathed a sigh of relief that her friend was there. "Trish, what happened?" He asked in concern, walking up to her slowly. He acknowledged Harmony with a small smile and then turned back to Patricia. "Are you OK?"

Patricia looked at Harmony with a slight smile. She was just about to answer when Richard ran in, Panting. Patricia forced a smile as she looked at Richard. Then she remembered what Rachel told her. He really did care. Her smiled dropped and turned to as small frown/ But just as a friend a really good friend. She knew he would be dead right now if this happened to Rachel.
"Nothing I am fine, just a little anger,is all." She forced a laugh. "Got the best of me it did." she looked down. She smiled at Richard and Harmony. "Just some scratches, a head ache,But I am fine no need to worry about me" she said with a sad smile trying to be as happy as possible.

Richard frowned as he watched Patricia's face form a sad smile. Leaning over, he took one of her hands. It felt so cold, and although some might think it childish to do so, he had to make it warm again. "Are you sure, Trish?" He asked in concern. Even though he knew Patricia would be OK, he couldn't help feeling concerned and a bit overwhelmed. And he couldn't understand what would make her so angry that she could hurt herself from it. "What were you angry about?" He asked, furrowing his brow in confusion.

Patrcia winced in pain as Rcihard held her hand. "Ow.....carful" she said. "Not that hard" Her palm still hurt even thought it had the bandages on it, it still hurt. "Nothing" she winced. "I just got angry and well I got in fight with friend." She sighed. "We arn't mad anymore.. WE-We are still good..." her voice trailed off. "I suppose" She sighed and closed her eyes. Her head really hurt. She wanted to sleep, but Madam Pomfrey wouldn't alow it. So it was good that she had company to keep her up.

Blake was walking up to the door of the Hospital Wing. He was having a mad fight in his brain. He couldn't decide upon whether going up to see Patricia in the wing was a good thing, or a bad thing.
Do it. It'll show her that you have a non evil side. Don't listen to him. When has he ever given you good advice? C'mon guys. She's hurt. She might need help. Fine, but after this, we'll need to torture quite a bit of frogs for me to take out my anger.
He walked up to the door. He stared at it for a while, noticing that the knob was made of bronze. Wait, why was he standing here? He should be in seeing Patricia. He twisted the knob and opened the door. What he saw made his guts squirm. Patricia holding Richard's hand. Or him holding hers. Either way, he was a little upset. He was shocked that he was upset.
"Um, hi Patricia. It looks like your feeling better."

"I just came up here 'cause I heard you got a concussion and wanted to say get well soon." Blake still felt a little uneasy about seeing Patricia holding Richard's hand. He knew he shouldn't, I mean, they were a couple after all. He was just being stupid, that's it. Just the odd feeling of finally having a friend, that's it.

Patricia gulped. This wasn't good. Not at all. She liked Rcihard...who was her boyfriend, but she also really like Blake
"I'm fine Blake. Thank you" She gave him a timid smile. "um Richard....Harmony.....this is Blake. You know him Harmony he is in our History of Magic's Class. Remember" she said trying to get the conversation up and running so there wasn't an awkward silence.

"Hi, everyone." Blake said this through clentched jaws. He really didn't like Richard, oddly enough, and had no clue who Harmony was, other than a 2nd year Hufflepuff. He thought he should give Richard a nice Bat-Bogey Hex right here and now, but he'd have to challenge him to a duel later.
"Nice to meet you. My name's Blake."

"um.."patrcia saw that this wasn't going to well. Blake looked angry as did Richard. Patricia didn't know what to do/ "um..Blake is a third year Slytherin...like me and Rachel. Blake Richard is a Ravenclaw" Patricia bit her lip. This was extremely bed.

A Ravenclaw? A Ravenclaw? If there was anything that Blake really hated in life, it would be a Ravenclaw. And Patricia was going out with this Ravenclaw? This made no sense. Patricia didn't seem like the type of girl who would fall for a Ravenclaw. Maybe she wasn't all he thought she was.
"A Ravenclaw, eh?"

What is she trying to do? Make us friends?
"I'm Blake. I like the Dark Arts, and torturing frogs. I support the Dark Lord. I also currently don't like you much. I do like Patricia though." He shouldn't have said that, any of it. His blood was boiling. He couldn't help it. He really didn't like this Richard.

Patricia gapped. "Ahh............" she looked at Richard then at Blake. "I have to go to the bathroom" she hopped out of her bed and ran. Hoping nobody would fallow. She didn't want to deal with this.

Richard watched as Patricia left, and then stared uncomfortably as the new boy, Blake. He knew he shouldn't be jealous, Patricia could have as many male friends as she pleased, but the look on Blake's face made him feel uncharacteristically possessive. "Good evening, Blake," he said formally, sticking out his hand. Richard glanced to the door where Patricia had just left and hoped he hadn't hurt her before by taking her hand. The last thing he wanted to do was hurt her. Clenching his jaw, he tried to remain calm. "Yes, I am in Ravenclaw," he said defensively to Blake's earlier question. There was something about this guy that he didn't like. Maybe it was the way he had been staring at his girlfriend. Richard frowned in disappointment at himself. When had he become so jealous and self-riteous? Deciding to keep the peace for Patricia's sake, he smiled. "Yes, Blake, please tell me a bit about yourself," he said, forcing a smile.

Rachel knocked on the door lightly, and, hearing voices inside, stepped in cautiously. She widened her eyes as she saw CP, Harmony and Blake inside, but Patrica nowhere to be seen. "Where's Trish?" She asked nervously, glancing at the vacant bed. Giving a small smile to Harmony and an embarrassed one to Richard, she turned to Blake. "What are you doing here?" She asked bluntly, not caring if she sounded rude. This was the boy who could potentially break both Richard's and Patrica's heart, and she wasn't going to stand there and let it happen. "You're not welcome here, go!" She snapped, turning away.

Harmony was still lingering around the door of the Hospital Wing when Richard suddenly appeared round the corner and ran at her, panting heavily, obviously having rushed here. “He’s such a nice guy… Such a good boyfriend. Patrica is so lucky to have him.” Harmony immediately set a warm smile on her face as she greeted Richard, who could only stare in worry past the door at Patrica lying rather forlornly on her hospital bed. “Hi Richard. You heard about Patrica too?” Harmony chuckled at his concern, despite being anxious about Patrica’s condition herself. Motioning for them to enter, Harmony silently led Richard in, and gently closed the door behind them. “We’d better be quiet, I don’t know if we’re allowed in here… Patrica, Richard’s here now too.” Harmony gave an encouraging grin at the older girl, though it didn’t seem to make the Slytherin react in the way Harmony had expected. Instead, she seemed almost… wary of Richard’s presence. However, Harmony dismissed her growing apprehension as she watched a very alarmed Richard set his hand carefully on hers, obvious fear in his eyes; everything would be fine. She listened to them talk, but barely any of it went into her head, as she did not want to eavesdrop. She made herself comfortable in the nearest corner of the dimly lit room, staring impassively at the couple who were talking in hushed tones. Sighing with worry for Patrica, as the girl definitely didn’t look well, Harmony glanced briefly at her uncut finger nails. Darn, they were much too long. Looks like they were in the chop soon.
It was then the hospital door burst open, causing Harmony to jump a mile in her personal space, though biting her jaw shut as not to scream aloud in surprise. Thinking it was Madam Pomfrey who would shoo her and Richard out, she began to hurry towards the door, ready to exit it when the matron reprimanded them for being there without permission. However, Madam Pomfrey did not look like a teenage boy wearing Slytherin-indicated robes with fair hair and a large scowl on his face. “Ah. Not Madam Pomfrey.” Harmony, being so close to this boy, immediately shrunk back from his intent gaze, his eyes reflecting what she could only decipher as worry and anger. What was going on? And who was he? Hearing him address Patrica, Harmony watched him curiously; she didn’t recognise him, and guessed he was a friend of Patrica’s, probably because they were both in Slytherin; it appeared he was in the same year as her also. Perhaps he was friends with Rachel too… Thinking about the other girl, Harmony wondered where Patrica’s best friend was, but dismissed the thought as she watched this newcomer and Patrica communicate. So his name was Blake. However, Harmony visibly frowned as Patrica slinked her hand away from Richard’s at the sight of Blake, and her heart beat a little faster. What was going on here? Was there someone else in this relationship equation that Harmony did not know of? No one had ever mentioned a Blake before.
But now that Patrica mentioned it, Blake was indeed in their History of Magic class… And before Harmony had become friends with Patrica, her and Blake had been extremely loud and annoying in a particular lesson. They had stopped after a while, but Harmony didn’t recall what the boy looked like. So this was him. “Hi. I’m Harmony Chan.” Harmony tried a warm smile, though was nervous of the boy, because he didn’t seem in the best of moods, and his glare of extremely frightening. Harmony certainly did not feel at ease around him, but knew that he probably wouldn’t hurt her. “I’m in Hufflepuff, second year. Nice to meet you.” She had already contracted back into her former position, standing alone in her small corner, and didn’t feel like walking back up to Blake and shaking his hand. People nowadays, or teenagers rather, rarely shook hands anyway, and Harmony had a feeling Blake either wouldn’t take it or think her strange. “Yes, you are in my History of Magic class.” Harmony tried again to speak, though her voice was gentle and quiet, and her eyes shifted nervously to having the attention of three pairs of eyes turn on her expectantly. “I know who you mean now, Patrica. History of Magic is so boring.” Harmony finally offered with a strained smile, and gave up after her last statement, letting the older teens take over the flow of conversation. Surprised at Blake’s politeness as he coldly stared at Richard, Harmony hoped no confrontation would happen, because it seemed Blake didn’t like Richard much. Perhaps they had met before and didn’t get on? As Patrica explained everyone’s houses, leaving out Harmony’s as she had already introduced herself, Harmony glanced at Blake’s expression once again silently from her corner. She felt scared of him, but didn’t know why. It wasn’t merely because he was a Slytherin; Harmony wasn’t judgemental against them, just afraid to be yelled at by them. However, this third year teen gave off a rather temperamental aura, which unnerved Harmony.
Harmony continued to inspect the scene happening before her eyes with worry, though kept a blank face, trying not to be involved in whatever was occurring. This obviously was none of her business, and she tried not to be anxious about the consequences. It wasn’t like the third years were going to start attacking each other right here right now in the Hospital Wing. They couldn’t be that dumb. No, Harmony knew that Richard for one wasn’t that stupid and hot headed. She just hoped, that from the way things were going, Blake wouldn’t launch himself straight at Richard, who was starting to appear quite menacing too. And Patrica trying to break the awkward silences and get the two boys to talk was obviously not working, judging from the boys’ body language and expressions. Harmony almost freaked when Blake replied, and felt her heart sink along with Patrica’s gasp and shocked look. He supported the Dark Lord. Ah. Harmony was scared of the Dark Arts. She and him would definitely never get along. She wondered how Patrica knew this boy, but before Harmony could get to her and soothe the situation, Patrica jumped out of bed surprisingly fast for an injured girl, and helter-skeltered to the bathroom. Ah. Not good. Here Harmony was, left with two rivalling boys, conflict cracking in the atmosphere, the current so electric she could feel it running down her sensitive skin. Harmony could barely blame Patrica for wanting to so desperately leave. She wanted to get out of this place herself. Well, at least now Richard was trying to make conversation. That was at least a start. He even offered a hand of introduction. Hopefully Blake would try to get along and things would be friendlier.
Suddenly the door creaked open again, and Harmony felt her relief washing down immediately onto her. Thank goodness Madam Pomfrey had returned. However, as a familiar dark haired girl popped her head round and stepped in with a strange expression on her face, Harmony recognised this to not be Madam Pomfrey either. It was merely Rachel. So the girl was finally here. Harmony managed a tight smile at her incoming, and her eyes darted between Rachel and the boys, pleading with the Slytherin to do something about this situation she had just walked in on. Maybe she would know what to do; perhaps she even knew Blake, because Richard obviously didn’t. “Patrica’s gone to… the bathroom…” Harmony answered Rachel’s demanding question, staying put where she was as Rachel remained in her position before the door, glaring at Blake, it seemed. Harmony watched as she reverted to an angry, scary figure, glowering fiercely at Blake as she spoke. This was a side of Rachel Harmony had never experienced before, and she thanked the gods she had yet to. This was the Slytherin side of Rachel Mason, one who could easily stand up to people she disliked openly, the part of her that was mean and threatening. However, Rachel’s words didn’t seem to be helping. Harmony’s mind wondered what Blake would say to this girl taking him on. Although a part of her hoped he would listen to Rachel and leave, wasn’t this approach going to make the situation worse? She doubted Blake was the type of guy to accept defeat. Harmony felt an instant urge again to run the heck out of the hospital wing, realising something dramatic and probably violent or dangerous would occur, but knowing that now she was here, there was no turning back.
