Wrong, it was just wrong plain and simple. Down by 20 an Ron was hurt because he had flown off in Harry's defense and Cass hadn't gotten to Ron. Now that same beater was after Harry again. Hoping things would turn around Branden grit his teeth and placed himself in the way.

She had the Quaffle! But now there was a Bludger coming towards her and it looked like she was on her own because for some reason Lisa hadn't been able to deflect it. Mandy veered sharply but it hit the fingers of her left hand nevertheless and she lost the Quaffle. Darn. Mandy retreated for a moment while she waved her hand about in the air in the hope it'd stop hurting soon enough, and smiled at Lisa to let her friend know it didn't matter in the slightest as the other blue-robed player went off to swing her bat at some other Bludger.
Gary had picked up the Quaffle, she noticed, and she herself zoomed off towards the Gryffindor goal-hoops to be of assistance there when needed. Once Will had the Quaffle he did a fine job of scoring, and Mandy shouted out a "Great!" to him in congratulation. And to let him know she was back in action. Gary had soon taken the Quaffle again as well and scored as well. Mandy restrained herself from getting too excited (she only waved her arms about in the air a little!), instead accelerating towards the goalposts herself to intercept the Weasley's pass.

Mandy frowned as the Quaffle flew past her and safely into the blonde Gryffindor Chaser's arms. But was it so safe? Well, she could at least try to get it back. Since she'd been fairly close anyway, Mandy zoomed off along the pitch once more in pursuit of the Gryffindor, urging her broom into an extra spurt of speed so that she could catch up with the other girl and attempt to knock the Quaffle from her arms into her own hands.

Down by 20 but they were okay. Lenora had the quaffle at least, that was a help. Trying to shake the girl off who was trying to steal the quaffle Lenora veered sharply up before spotting Ginny. "Oi!" she yelled hoping Ginny would know what that meant.

'Ron hit, Harry hit, down by 20, plenty of time to catch up' Branden thought as he scanned the area for the bludger that had just hi Harry. "Sorry mate" he called apologetically as he sped off before trying to knock it at that pesky chaser.

Cass groaned. Down twenty points. She knew she had to do something, and that was protect the chasers at all costs.

Lisa grinned as the bludger went right past the beater and hit Potter. Yes! She had finally achieved her goal. Well...she wanted it to hit him square in the face to knock his glasses off, but hitting him was a good enough. The game was going rather well but that beater yet again wanted to get back at her. Scrunching her face up in concentration, she brought her bat back and was ready to strike. If she hit this and sent it at Potter again, he would feel so dreadful.

Ginny groaned as Ravenclaw scored yet again. The Ravenclaw beaters were doing quite nicely in attacking their main players, but a little bludger hit won't stop Gryffindor from coming back. Watching as Ron passed the ball successfully at Lenora, Ginny raced toward the chaser. Her arms were outstretched and she hoped that the quaffle would land in them so she could pass it to Emily.

Will had scored! Punching the air in happiness, he shouted and grinned as he saw Gary doing the same in the corner of his eye. Happiness made him seem to float and soon her forgot his duty in the game. Before he had knew it, Ravenclaw was up by 20 when Gary scored. Grinning from ear to ear, Will hurrayed quite a bit before deciding it was time he get back into action.
As the ball went into Gryffindor possession and was about to be passed by Lenora to Weasley. Will swerved his broom between the middle of them, taking a chance and letting go of the broom. If he could do it before he could do it now, that was for sure. After starting out a little wobbly, he reached out and attempted to grab the Quaffle that was flying through the air.

Mandy smiled as she felt herself get a secure grip of the Quaffle and zoomed off towards the Gryffindor goal hoops once again. She didn't want to hold onto it for too long though - after all, the Gryffindor Chasers would be closing on her position - so as soon as she saw a fellow blue-robed Chaser, she shouted out their name. "Gary!" she called as she tossed the Quaffle to him, hoping the pass wouldn't be intercepted.

Cass' grip on her broom was like a vice grip as she swerved in and out of the action. Deciding the other beater was playing a good offense, she decided to go on the defensive. Cass had watched their seeker take too many hits, and if Harry was taken out of the game they would definetly lose. Pushing her Firebolt, she soard to Harry in the hopes do protect him.

The game continued to go from bad to worse. Why did they seem to be playing so badly? Emily cursed under her breath as they seemed to lose the quaffle for the hundreth time. Emily set her sights on Mandy hoping to gain the Quaffle back for Gryffindor.

The whole game was still ahead of them, there was still plenty of time. Lenora took a moment to focus herself and forget the first part of the game, which was going dreadfully. With a deep breath she took of after the quaffle, punching at it from behind.

'Focusing is the key' Lenora thought happily as she felt the quaffle slip and land in her arms. With a swift upward movement on her handle Lenora brought herself out of the fray as quick as possible. Spotting Ginny closest to her Lenora called out and tried to get the quaffle to her.

Gary jumped happily when he managed to score. Even if it wasn’t the smartest thing to do on a broom. Looking around Gary spotted a familiar head in the stands and for a moment he gaped. Noko was here? Gary was now glad more than ever that he had scored. He hadn’t wanted to fail Noko’s trust in his abilities after all. Giving a little way Gary pulled himself back to the game. The blond chaser had the quaffle again. She seemed to be just everywhere Gary silently thought as he raced towards her once again.

Mandy frowned as she lost the Quaffle again and stopped for a moment to take in what was happening around her and where the rest of the Chasers were. There was Gary, up ahead. Mandy smiled at him - she could see he was going to block the path of the Quaffle if the Chaser passed to the Weasley girl. But she didn't stop for long - she was soon off and attempting to steal back the Quaffle. She had had it less than a minute ago, after all. She wanted it back.
