Hufflepuff Quidditch Team!

Hi everyone! *waves in a hyper manner* Firstly, thanks for being such a brilliant team in the last match - I'm absolutely chuffed that we won it and managed to clinch second place in the Quidditch Standings. So thank you to you all for your effort - it paid off!

Secondly, I'd like to introduce our new Vice Captain, Randy Kerr! She's capable and dependable so I think we're pretty lucky to have her. My thanks to Randy for accepting the role!

And finally, time to sort out the team for next year! Things as they currently stand:

- Does anyone want to change their preferred positions? (You may do this at the end of each year without damaging your experience points). I don't mind at all if you do - make sure that you've got two positions that you and your character would be willing to play so that you'll be fine with getting put in that position. If you do, please post here to tell me what you want to change your preferred positions to.

Once we know for sure what positions people want to play next year, Randy and can decide on the starting team to go on the House Roster.

- Experience points! We get one experience point for every 10 posts in a game (max of 3 from games each year). So everyone's posts in the games have been counted and this is what everyone's got:

Harmony 17 + 11 = 28. 2 experience points
Ivy 17 + 11 = 28. 2 experience points + 1 from practice = 3 exp.
Ashley 14 + 8 = 22. 2 experience points
Bryce 14 + 8 = 22. 2 experience points
Charles 14 + 9 = 23. 2 experience points
Sophia 12 + 4 = 16. 1 experience point + 1 from practice = 2 exp.
Sydney 4.
Weetzie 3 + 2 = 5.
Kael 2.
Randy 6.
Chace 3.
Seth 1. 1 experience point from practice.

We get to assign our experience points to the skills we want them in at the beginning of each game, so you don't have to do anything with them now, apart from being pleased about them! We get to keep on counting next year, so even if you haven't got any experience points yet, the posts that you've already done will still count towards your first experience point.

That's it for now! Even if you don't want to change your preferred positions, please still post here because I just want to hear from you. ;D If anyone wants to be a reserve for next year rather than on the starting team, please let me know that too. Righty. *nods* Yes, I think I'm finally done.

Hey team

Firstly, I'd also like to congratulate everyone for doing so well in the last game . Hopefully we'll be able to do as well next year . And yay, experience points .

Secondly, well done to Randy for being chosen as the vice-captain next year . I'm sure you'll do a very good job .

Finally I'll be staying as a chaser-keeper. I couldn't be a beater, no way, and seeker's just...not me haha.

First off, I wanna agree with Ivy. That last match was great and I couldn't help but giggle and bounce in my chair when we won. ;D Everyone did a great job so yay for that.

Thanks Viv and Celia. *huggles* And everyone else of course. I'm glad to be the new Huffle Vice-Captain and excited for this new year. And hope I do you all proud. *nods* Hufflepuff Pride!

As for Randy's positions, she will be sticking with Beater as her first and Chaser as her second.

But, yes, um, whoo. Congratulations to Randy (even though she's already told me her news and I gave her a cookie then so she can't have one now).

What else is there? Oh yes. Positions. Kael is quite happy to remain as he is, if no one minds.

Good to hear from the whole starting team! No one's expressed a wish to stay as a reserve so the starting team is the same, with Randy added to the starting lineup as a Beater. I propose to leave the other Beater spot open because we haven't heard from Carson. I know that Ezzie is away at the moment so that's okay, but if you do want that starting position for Carson, Ezzie, please post in here as soon as you get back. EDIT: Sydney's taken that starting position now, sorry. But please confirm whether you want to change your preferred positions at all (Beater-Seeker at the moment).

Do you want Beater as your preferred position and Chaser as your secondary? (ie. Beater-Chaser, you're Chaser-Beater at the moment). If that is the case, you could take that open Beater slot on the starting team, if you'd prefer that to staying as a reserve.
