Well the plot is up, Against All Odds. What we're going to need is someone to play Jack's father, Jackson Reid. Jackson is a hard, long ago Slytherin graduate, and a man high up in the council. Whoever plays him needs to be able to be stern with Jack, giving him the hatred that Jack has for this father. He can't stand any other house other than his own, so when he finds out Jack is dating a Gryffindor, it will be quite explosive between the two. We'll also need you to be quite active, as much as possible during the upcoming months. With the way we're looking at this plot, there will be a lot of tension between the Reid family and the Coxen family, and Riley and Jack will have to deal with their parents quite a bit. We decided on Adrian Pasdar for Jackson Reid as well. Below are some avatars for him, just for anyone to get an idea of who we're looking for. If we get any takers, we can work on the biography and such together. Any takers, PM Jack or Riley. Any questions, post them here.       |

Well, if there are no takers I'd be happy to try my hand at it. I usually don't like to take other peoples created characters because than I feel subconcious and always question myself, "Am I doing it right?" Etc.
As for Activity today and tomorow aren't looking to good for me, but after that I'll be as active as I usually am.

Pyro, we would work on the bio together. I'd need to talk to Adam and August a bit as well, because I don't quite remember the Reid plot as well as I thought I did. So Jackson would be your character, as in you could help write the bio. Jackson is not created yet, so he isn't anyone's character yet. We have an idea where we want him to go, but they're very basic things and can be worked out with some solid talking.
I'm totally up for giving you the part, if you're up for it. You seem to be a great poster and someone we'll be able to rely on.

Yea alright. I can do it. Like I said before though I'm kinda playing Catch up on some things so these next two days wont be my most active, but after that i'll have plenty of time on my hands to do what needs to be done.

Thanks Pyro. I'll be PMing you the basics that I wrote up, along with whenever I get to talk to Adam next, which who knows when that will be. He's got like 6 days left before the end of the semester, so it might not be until then. Jack and Riley are going to have likely a thread or two before the winter holiday, which is when Jackson will be needed for. I'll PM you with all this information. The Pyro Blackfire account is the one you check the most, correct?

It's likely we'll have him made, use him for our idea over the winter holiday, and then keep him in reserve, depending how far this whole "Against All Odds" plot goes. I have some big ideas for it, it's just a matter if Ezzie and I can write it all out and come up with ideas for further things. It would be interesting then if Adam brings Bronsen back, we do a 4 person thread or two, where the boys are at home and Jackson is taking care of Amelia.
So it's likely he'll be a backburner charrie. Are you okay with that?

Yea, I'm fine with a backburner character. Although they do take up a character slot they have a low pressure about them, and its nice to have a low pressure character in reserve.
